The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel decor is beautiful and rooms are so lovely, with a huge comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. Location is superb for both French Quarter and Garden District.

The destination fee is a bit steep for what you get included. I only used the Jazzy pass two days (total value of about $6 maximum) and the bar was closed a couple of days I was there due to refurbishment, so I couldn't use the drinks tokens. Everything else included in the destination fee were things you'd expect to be included in the hotel price anyway.

Good location, live music, on site restaurant and bar, rooms were cleaned daily, great ambience in the common areas, Refreshing fruit filled water as you come in from the heat, how far step especially valet/bellhop Tyler. He was Johnny on the spot if we look like we were lost confused or trying to figure something out. Unfortunately, on the last two days of our stay, he was off work so we did not reward him financially as we had planned.

Even with the lamps on the low lighting in the room, made it difficult to see it would’ve been different. Had there been a window to the outside to bring in some natural light?. There was only one small trashcan in the bathroom. Since I had to step over the tub to get in the shower, at least one grab bar would have been helpful/ reassuring. Also only one hook in the bathroom, which is fine if it was only one person, but with two of us if someone hung a robe or a towel, there was no room for the second person to put anything.

The hotel and room were fantastic. Lots of efforts put into the design and how to make people feeling comfortable. Before even asking the receptionist knew the room on the 1st floor would have been a bit noisy and he accommodates me and gave a very quiet room which was amazing.

While the room was perfect in terms of comfort and I felt it there not a lot of light coming inside. The check out is at 11am, and I asked to leave the room at 12pm and they said it would have cost $25 which seems a bit too much for only 1 hour given what I paid for the stay already. So a bit more of flexibility here it would have been great.

The location was wonderful. We walked just about everywhere, with the exception on the Garden District. For that we took the cable car. The restaurant and bar were good. The bed was comfy as well.

The property could use some TLC, especially in hallways. The carpeting has spots on it and there were some places that just needed some general cleaning. In the bar and lobby, it seemed very clean, and you could see staff keeping it looking good. It is rated four stars, and you don't expect to see things not kept up.

The hotel was very nice and in a great location. We had a corner suite and it was nice and roomy.

My husband was using a cane at the time and our room was quite far from the elevators. There were elevators that would have been closer for us to use but if we used those we also had to go down 2 flights of stairs to get to our room. Also there wasn’t an ice maker close to our room location. I had to go down to another floor. I should have asked for another room.

Everything was great! Quiet, comfy room; wonderful common spaces; friendly bartender; helpful concierge. Couldn’t ask for more!

Can’t think of anything. It was a quick girl trip for the theatre. We wanted easy, friendly and safe. We got great suggestions from the concierge for an early dinner, and the valet attendant helped us get a pedicab to the theatre since transportation was difficult during carnival parades. Everything went without a hitch. Kind of magical, right?!

The bartenders were not very personable. They always looked like they were being bothered if asked a question about getting our drinks. Asked about recommendations they were a bit snarky in responding. Telling us there were hundreds of places… duh! We just wanted an opinion which they had none. When asked about several places that were tourist attractions, they had never heard of them. They are literally in top places to go! They need some refreshing on your locations around there. A smile would be nice to… which they weren’t handing those out. Other then that the place was great!

Location, very clean, modern deco, lots of room to relax in the lobby between bar, couches inside and outside. We also found the option of baggage storage while waiting for checkin time was very helpful.

The bar hours didn’t start until 12noon. By that time, we were already out and about for our day. On a typical day at home, it wouldn’t be an issue. Like most tourists in Nola though, we were on vacation and looking for a Bloody Mary and screwdriver to start our day. Also, while most of the staff was extremely helpful and nice, there was a front desk person that was quite rude and cold shoulder.

The room was incredible! Excellent shower, comfy bed, quiet room...I loved that a lighted magnifier mirror, the ironing board, the coffee machine....water was available in the room and the lobby which was excellent since it was so hot outside. I also want to thank the man at the front desk, during the night. My son was in the Little Bar around the corner and someone spiked his beer...then these 2 men followed him back to the hotel and the man behind the counter realized what was happening...the men insisted they were my son's friends, he did NOT know them. The man secured the front desk and walked my son up to his room, making sure he was safe. I am so grateful to this amazing person...please thank him from us!

Actually everything was wonderful ....from the car valet, to Chase the guy who helped us up to our room, to the front desk people, excellent room, excellent bar area, excellent restaurant...Definitely want to return!

My girlfriend loved the shampoo and conditioner provided, said it was great for curly hair girls. It was nice to have a bathroom with an actual vent. The shower has quality water pressure. The restaurant and bar that are attached had a good happy hour menu. The bartenders for both places were very nice and made great drinks.

The sound proofing of the rooms could be much improved. You could hear every conversation happening outside your door. There was a fire alarm right over the top of the bed that flashed a light every few seconds, this became pretty annoying when trying to sleep.
