Room was quiet; beds firm; pillows perfect. Location good for accessing French Quarter and River Walk. Price was reasonable.

Bathroom door is transparent and lets light shine into bedroom where someone could be sleeping--not a great design. Breakfast is only until 10 am, which is early for NOLA. Parking is prohibitively expensive.

The location was great, the front desk/concierge staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was very comfortable for my family.

Not really a fault for the hotel, but there was some street noise from the cars at night which seemed to be cruising the streets below.

The location was perfect and the staff were incredible. They were helpful and friendly and solved any issues that we had come up. I was staying an extra night without my friends and they were able to accommodate me in the same room (I had made separate bookings) and therefore did not have to change rooms.

The toilet wasn't working. It backfired multiple times and was leaking. It would backfire when another room would flush their toilet, leading to a heavy smell of sulfur in the bathroom. We told the staff about it and it was "fixed" when we got back to our room midday. They had left the towel we had put on the floor to soak up the water, it should have been removed. The toilet had a couple more issues with flushing but ultimately was working normally by that evening. The room itself was stuffy. The AC was never able to cool to the temperature it was set to. It felt like the humidity never settled. It's New Orleans so it we took it with a grain of salt. It was only uncomfortable if we were showering/getting ready for the day. Otherwise it felt comfortable overall.

I attended events at another hotel I basically just changed clothes and slept. And ate dinner one night in the hotel restaurant. the location was good. Close to the mall, and other stores I needed. Mr. King was very helpful during my stay, from day one when my phone wouldn't charge, to midweek when I needed help finding somewhere that could accommodate my special food requirements. He recommended True Food and it was perfect. Special shout out to King.

I don't know what I didn't like. Everything was fine.

Choosing my own room was top tier!

I didnt like that the CSR called out my room number when another guest of the hotel was kinda harassing me. I had to stop by the desk at check in and although i already chose my room number he said it aloud. I was going to go to the casinos that night but I wasnt comfortable because the guy knew my room number and I wasnt alone. So I didnt want to take the chance of being alone in NO late at night and this guy sees me and I have no witnesses. But other than that, everything was 10s across the board.

the location was great but this company charges for parking you already paying for the room to have a nice place to stay which is prices then on top of that we stayed 2 nights $102 to park is crazy this company needs to do better on the parking make your guest want to come and stay without having to worry about being charged for parking and can work on the front desk the lady that waited on us act like she didn't care she put us in a double when we booked a king when we asked she stated I don't know why booking. com gave y'all a king when we are sold out of kings there's nothing I can do so do you still want it as if you can leave if you don't want this room just the attitude that was shown was bad I'm like WOW but other then that everything was great

BEING CHARGED FOR PARKING $104.00

Lobby was clean the bell guy was nice & helped with my bag I didn’t catch his name but it was the morning of Dec 5th. Gary at the front desk was fantastic! He greeted us as we walked in. He was also able to check us in early which was so much appreciated because we were super tired . And he gave us the famous doubletree cookies which were warm . We booked the king room and the room was so clean. The bathroom was clean as well and the bed was perfect! Location is perfect . We will definitely be staying here again!! The value of this room is exceptionally good .

Everything was perfect!

The location was great. The rooms comfortable and quiet. Housekeeping, restaurant, concierge staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.

One out of three at the front desk was very pleasant. There were two that mumbled, never looked up or greeted you when you approached the desk. I booked and paid for three king sized rooms. They had none. We all had rooms with queen beds. It was ok but no compensation (breakfast or coffee). It was kind of you get what you get.

I generally enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Before arriving and again at check-in, I politely requested a room with a city view. Unfortunately, the first room I was given faced a building wall, suggesting my requests have been overlooked. I also found a smartphone left behind in the room and promptly returned it to the lobby. A male receptionist - whose name I regret not remembering - worked some magic and gave me a room with a great view, which made my stay truly enjoyable. Thank you!

Well isolated, very nice view from floor 14, literally 100 meters away from French Quarter and the Mississippi riviera. Good room size, comfortable beds and pillows.

No swimming pool despite the hotel landing page containing pictures of the pool on Booking Com. We were really hoping to relax by the pool and this was quite disappointing. Airco is quite noisy. You need to wait in line to pantry articles to your room, should have self check out or find a way to expedite this.
