Great location. 10 minute walk to the French Quarter. Right across the street from Mother’s Restaurant. The executive king suite was huge with amazing 180 degree view of the city.

The furniture in the suite was worn. Definitely needed some updating.

Good location. Walking distance to Canal Street, French Quarter, Riverwalk Outlet Mall and Convention Centre. Room was of a good size and very comfortable. Housekeeping services were excellent. Front desk staff were helpful.

There is a $20 food and beverage deposit per day that was not mentioned in the initial booking and it is forfeited if not used by the end of the stay. Service at the Longitude 90 bar and restaurant could have been better. Had to wait long to be served and staff could have been friendlier. Fitness center is well equipped, but the machines need some maintenance.

I liked how friendly & welcoming the staff were to me. I liked how close this hotel was to everything. Nice view and good space.

I did not like how hot the room was even with the air turned down to 65, the floor was hot as well. That should be looked at. I didn’t really like that when we got into bed there was makeup on the sheets and the runner. Also the fridge did not get cold at all, we brought drinks in and it was pointless. My last dislike was the guy serving/bartending the drinks by the pool was not friendly at all. He had a rude demeanor not with just myself but my partner as well. I’d rather walk into the lobby for a drink than to deal with him.

The front desk staff was amazing. They were friendly and very helpful when i had questions about tourism. they were responsive when i had issues with the service received. The location of the hotel is very central, so you can get around the city very quickly.

The cleaning service was inconsistent. The rooms were not cleaned regularly and towels weren't changed. The menu in the restaurant was very limited in terms of options of what to eat. I would not recommend the breakfast served to a frequent traveller.

The room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was timely, and you can conveniently tip through the shiny app. You can get free Internet as a Marriott member.

When I checked in, the staff gave me a list of "free" perks included in my fees. It was a little confusing how to redeem the perks. The front desk was always busy and may not have time to answer your questions. The $25 destination fee every day turned out to be meal coupons that can be redeemed at the hotel's bar. It is too bad that they don't have a business center. The staff asked me to use the business center at a nearby Hilton hotel.

I really liked how spacious and clean my room was! I also liked the fact that I was able to check in to my room 4 hours sooner than my original check-in time. All of the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I did not get a chance to use the fitness room but I did walk around to look at the equipment available and everything was well updated and clean. The breakfast buffet was also pretty good, a bit pricey but I was satisfied with my meal.

My only real complaint is the price of valet parking for the hotel. When I first arrived into town it raining heavily so I had no choice but to valet park once I arrived to the hotel instead of parking in the garage across the street and walking. The price being over $50 per night is outrageous but the young men that managed the valet were very polite and professional.

The room was nothing short of spectacular. Spacious and beautifully designed, it exuded a sense of both luxury and comfort. The décor was elegant and modern, with thoughtful touches that made the space feel warm and inviting. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens and an array of plush pillows that ensured a restful night's sleep. The room also featured a stunning view of the Mississippi River, which added a touch of magic to my stay.

Nothing really. The location was great, the staff was great and our room was great. Some staff stood out more than others but I have no complaints. Special shoutout to Rachel the bar manger, Saralyn and Brandon. Those were our two favorite bartenders.

Very nicely remodeled. The bed was like sleeping on a marshmallow. Great shower! We arrived before check-in and the hotel stored our luggage and valet parked our car and we walked to the Superdome. We booked an Oversized king room with a city view, it did not disappoint!

Although all of the rooms are non-smoking, ours definitely smelled of smoke. Coffee pot was missing a part and the towel rack in the bathroom was broken. Valet parking was $57.00 and the $25.00 "gift card" is charged to your room.

Staff was great. Very friendly & nice even with dealing with the major outages with airlines & internet. We Appreciated the daily $25 room credit that we could use for drinks or food. Location is perfect. Rooms were comfortable. Water pressure in shower was good.

The snacks in the room for additional charge. We didn’t eat any but apparently we touched/moved the box a little which added charges to our room. Charges were removed after I called the front desk but we prefer not to even have them in room. One item was charged at $17.! That’s absurd for a snack. You could make some money off that stuff if they werent priced so unreasonably. Walls are thin. We could hear normal conversations in the room next to us. (Hope they couldn’t hear us) :) ** please put more than 2 towels in a room. Girls need a body towel & a hair towel. Had to find additional towels.
