It was in the center of everything.

No parking and the outside mid represent the inside.

The condo was in a great location. Easy to walk to a lots of restaurants and the bars and Bourbon St. The 2 bed condo was situated away from the street and noise. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms was a huge plus. The door codes were easy to use and we felt safe. Ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms were very appreciated. Check out was simple, just take out the trash.

some things that could improve the condo: hooks in the bedroom or baths for jackets or towels, full length mirror. things that need work: one ceiling was noisy, off balance and clicked constantly, one lamp in the living room had a broken switch and could not be turned on.

Fantastic location. Everything New Orleans has to offer was just a short walk away. The apartment was spacious & well equipped with all mod cons, made the trip very relaxed. Access to the building & apartment was hassle free. Responses to and from Hosteeva directly regarding any queries were prompt, and much better than going via Booking.com messages

There's was a small raised nail in the floor near the bathroom that could have caused injury to unsuspecting bare feet. And a stain in the bedroom wall / floor (looked like a small coffee spull) that hadn't been cleaned up. The air conditioning unit was quite load.

I loved being able to use a code to enter the building and the actual unit. I liked the easy accessibility to so many attractions. The bed was very comfortable and everything that we needed was available in the apartment.

Being right on Canal, it was a bit noisy at night, but not horrible. I was able to sleep in the bedroom farthest away from the street and close the door, which helped. The shower curtain in the bathroom should be changed as it was very dirty. On the last day, I saw a HUGE cockroach! Luckily, it was my last day. Lastly, the TV remote in the living room needs new batteries.

The location and quality of the apartment was great. It was easy to find and had no problem with accessing the building or apartment. All the appliances were new and the apartment was decorated very well. Beds were memory foam and were very comfortable. We had trouble with one of the showers that was draining slowly, but maintenance came out and fixed it hours after we called.

One of the wall sconce mounts in the hallway was not secured properly on the wall and would tilt when someone brushed against it if the hallway light wasn't on. Thankfully, the glass candle sconce didn't fall off, but this definitely needs to be corrected since it is a hazard. Beds could use larger pillows. And more towels for guests. It'd also be a good idea to post a list of nearby grocery stores and other places guests may need to visit on the fridge because we had to Google where to get items.

Perfect walking location from anything in the French Quarter. Felt like a home away from home. Cute kitchen. Nice patio area.

Unfortunately our oven never worked once well here but the stove top did. And if you plan on staying a hole week like us I recommend buying one some cleaning spray so you can clean up after your self because there is no cleaning supplies other than some dish detergent and laundry detergent

If you are looking for a place that is spacious and close to all the action that Bourbon Street/French Quarter has to offer, this is the place. It's within a short walk to a LOT. And for being right off Canal Street and all the action that street has to offer the units are very secure.

Just know with this property you are right on Canal Street and if you are looking for someplace quiet, this isn't the right choice. There is a lot of activity and noise well into the night.

Had a mold smell in it. Very smelly fry air.

Clean and nice location on canal which is close to everything we wanted. Beds were comfortable.

The one shower drain didn’t drain well so we had to wait for a while in between showers for all the water to go down. Doors were also hard to close to made it difficult to go to the bathroom at night and be quiet. Noise from the streets made it difficult to sleep.

The place is spacious, modern and very comfortable. All rooms had big screen TVs and there was another TV in the living room. The location is walking distance from the French Quarter. I had a great stay and would recommend this place.

Being instructed to take out the bags before leaving (as cleaners should be told to do this not tenants).
