Breakfast was delicious, would have preferred the complimentary, but still enjoyed the food.

Since I was on the 14th floor, the bathroom ceiling was fallin in some, and for a hotel that expensive, that needs to be fixed.

Room was a bit small but adequate.

Shower area needed repair.

I love the open and modern feel! I had lunch in the bar and it was very delicious- but did lack variety or options for smaller meal/ snacky dining. I loved the cooling drawer and hydration stations - SO Much better than plastic bottles everywhere.

My only complaints related to some of the construction details. The toiler paper bar was put on backwards and my friends and I spent most of our stay getting the roll of tp out from under the furniture it would roll under. Also- the motion sensor was in a place that could not detect the movement in the bathroom and I was constantly standing in the pitch black room with no way to get out to turn the light off without slinging water everywhere. None of these things made it uncomfortable- it is a good place to stay!

The staff was AMAZING! Always friendly, helpful, and smiling. The location was great if you don't mind walking (which we don't). The facility was spotless as were the rooms. The breakfast at Ginger Roux was DELICIOUS!

I chose Canopy because I enjoy having a restaurant and bar on site. With that being said, we tried eating dinner at Ginger Roux one night and it did not go well. The menu is already small and the one thing my father wanted, they were out of. My daughter ordered something and it wasn't until after 30mins AND us paying the bill that the waiter, who didn't understand anything we were saying, came out and told us they didn't have what she ordered. We didn't attempt eating there again.

Love the location, the cleanliness , th bar. Our room had a Nespresso machine . The European cooler was a little weird, but it worked out. The hydration station was probably one of my favorites. Very convenient not like a normal ice station at a hotel.

There was a large rowdy group in the lobby playing cards and dice. It was weird. Kind of aggravating. The staff was kind of just letting it go on. Just kind of weird, I guess.

The staff was very professional from the front desk to the valet parking attendants. The rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Dominique rhe valet attendant was really professional and helpful. I had my mother and mother-in-law with me, and she helped us with our bags to and from our room.

The language barrier between housekeeping personnel. I am English speaking, and some of the housekeeping personnel couldn't understand me, nor could I understand them as they were Spanish speaking. This, however, did not negatively impact our stay.

I loved everything about this property. From the time we arrived LaLa and the team were very warm and welcoming. The room was immaculate and every day we were greeted with a smile. Details matter and everyone naturally catered to them. From suggesting restaurants to offering bike rides and use of other facilities. I will definitely recommend Canopy by Hilton to anyone who tells me they are visiting New Orleans!

a tall office building is being renovated next to the hotel every morning from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. there was terrible noise this is currently the main disadvantage of this hotel the fridge in the room doesn't even cool

I love Everything about our stay. All thee bartenders was AMAZING. Especially the young lady with the dreads. She was very helpful in tell us certain spots to visit. Also, the breakfast was also AMAZING and your staff as well. It was the best birthday celebration ever for me this weekend and I thank you guys so much. Now, I am in the process of booking you guys again for next year madi gras from Feb 28th to March 4. Cant WAIT 🥰

Comfy, well-designed room with a nice view. Easy check-in with friendly, helpful staff. Ice machine with the highly coveted Sonic-style bullet ice.

Shower was a little clunky and a bit dirtier than expected. Slow internet. Also, small thing but the TV was stuck on motion smoothing and it made everything look strange because of the inconsistent frame rate; as silly as it sounds, it kinda detracts from the otherwise luxurious vibe.
