Was unsure of location at first but once knew how to get to Canal Street, best way to walk or Tram then worked out well. Good to have a bit of exercise and experience outside of the party areas in mid town and French quarter. Was nice and quiet for sleeping.

Instructions for best way to city centre, closest food market, curtains that covered window in bedroom for light, an egg flipper, extra towel, tissues, Netflix TV to relax after walk back, larger sign to get to the apartments behind the door, all would have been useful at the time. Overall the place was a nice set up, great to have washer and dryer. Could get extra room items like coffee downstairs, nice shower, felt roomy comfy and safe.

The apartment was very clean. It had a lot of room. The unit is close to everthing. Parking is available for a small fee and is gated. The property has awesome security. While there is no staff on property they answer a chat in very shot time.

We discovered morning day 2 that microwave was inop. They fixed it that day but I feel it should have been checked before occupation. We were very unhappy with the tv situation. No cable. Can only use tv through your phone. To do that you need a Chromecast app at $30. Something I will never use again. I also would have had to put streaming apps on my phone costing more money. Would not stay with Sounder again unless that changes.

Close to everything, anything we wanted was 10 minutes or less. The bed was very comfortable. And this cannot be said enough especially in the south, the a/c worked great. It was cool, comfortable and reasonably quiet.

On the whole, everything was great. It was a bit noisy over the weekend but that was to be expected with the proximity to everything. I'm only mentioning the noise as some people seem to be surprised by the noise despite how close it is to the quarter. This isn't to take away from the apartment, just a point worth mentioning.

Self contained unit which was lovely but further out of the city than I imagined . We weren’t diving so relied on Ubers and taxis which was more than I expected to pay because we were a little further out and our dollar smashed us. Dinners were also expensive for us so we found a whole foods and bought fresh food and cooked. New Orleans itself , was just wonderful ,

Awesome little serviced apartment close to downtown and the French quarter. Super clean. Extremely comfortable bed. Great bathroom and kitchen. Only gripes were that the immediate surrounding area isn’t that vibey, it’s next to a big hospital complex so there’s not much around and it’s quite residential. Only a 25min walk or 8min cycle or $10 uber into the French quarter so not much of an issue.

The location was great. Only a couple of minutes from all the attractions. I would love to stay here again. It was clean, tidy, and spacious. This place was gorgeous inside and out. The balcony was lovely too.

The gates around the building were constantly left open. It made me feel unsafe because anybody could come in at any moment whether they had a reason or business to be there or not. I don't know if it was the residents or the staff, but being more mindful of the gates that are there to keep us safe and protected is a must. If not for yourself, think of others you might be putting at risk.

Very impressed

Very minor things … LOL no tv in the room. Had to pin the curtain shut at night because it seems so invasive. No sosp in one of the rooms. Would love to have a safe (I take my passport on every vacation but do not like to walk around with it). One bathroom did not have soap. The essential room isn’t open until a few more days.

Space was well designed and clean. The bed was big and there were helpful amenities for our stay.

The area was a little far removed from the areas we wanted to go to so we took more taxis than I would have wanted. Perfectly fine for walking in the day but not the best to walk to at night so plan to take a car.

The space is very modern. It felt more like being in an apartment with hotel amenities than purely a hotel. I brought my mom here for mother's day. She really loved the place.

I did see a few insects. The building is old so I expect it but they should really consider treatment for termites. I saw beige skinny bugs with wings around the windows on the first night. I didn't see them the second. Unrelated to insects, I wish there was an additional TV in the bedroom. My mom really likes to lay and bed and watch TV before bed.

I liked the working kitchen, we were able to make breakfast every morning. Security was good.

The pocket door to the bathroom was jammed open, it looks like someone tried to pry it out but didnt work. SO PRIVACY WAS AN ISSUE, Also the curtains were about 12 inches short, didnt touch the window sill, And the lights to from the DOME shined in the window. We had to use extra pillows to block the light. Only 2 bath towels was not enough for 2 ppl for 4 days. There were no extras on 2nd floor. Oh yes, the apartment door code did not work so we had to call to get it reset.
