Staff was wonderful. Main bed was comfortable

Washing machine was broken and there was no bathroom in the pool area. We had 5 kids ages 3 to 7 in the pool, so there was a revolving door of bathroom needs. The staff was getting upset because they were constantly having to mop the hallway. Ten minutes after I checked in with a 3 and 6 year old the front desk called because someone complained that we were “stomping”.

The staff was the absolute the best. All were very friendly and always greet you with a smile. The location is great . Cleanliness was over the top. Loved it here. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and will be recommending to friends and family. Thanks for a great stay!!

The breakfast was so, so. I was disappointed that there were no waffles on the weekend. However, the staff was wonderful! Especially Rachel, Carmen and our housekeeper.

Warer availability in the lobby after breakfast hours.

When I walked in with my 4 year old son he said "wow! This is fancy!". Super clean and the room was huge.

The lady at the front desk made me feel like I was inconveniencing her when I checked in.

They didn’t come clean the rooms or replenish the bath towels. I called the front desk from the room no answer called from my cell phone and they picked up.

Some of the staff was rude. I have an autistic child that you can't tell is special needs from looking at him.

Hotel is very near my business office. Also it’s very near to supermarket , Walmart and others .
