Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful

I got charged for multiple deposits and never came back due to this as why pay more when the room advertised is lower and they charged my card and never refunded my 50+

i didnt get to eat breakfast,thanks though, i loved that the convention center was visable from the hotel and hardly a drive to it,and i liked that the hotel clerks were outstanding in greeting those who walked in and out.i like the simplicity of your hotel, but very nice.

property was nice! room was clean, tubs were clean. staff were nice

waking up in the morning to check out and the hallways smell like cigarette smoke from others smoking in nonsmoking rooms

I love the peace and quiet. The view was great. And the staff was helpful.

The pool wasn't clean. Please clean the pool. And the workout area didn't have any equipment.

Location was great sometimes I just need to get away for a night. I liked the beds and the bath/shower. Privacy’s is very important to me!!

Location to the Civic Center was less than 1/2 mile. Staff was so friendly.

The hotel was a little out dated, but to me it just added charm.
