They have put in some work since last time we were here. The rooms were extremely clean and the breakfast was hot and delicious. The cookies and "welcome to Houma" bags were a nice touch. Location and breakfast is one of the main reasons why we usually stay here.

The staff was not friendly at all. From check in to check out. When we were trying to check out the young lady acted like we were interrupting her conversation in the lobby. We love how clean the hotel is now, but the staff both morning and evening could be a little nicer. No coffee during the day. No big deal but we are used to having it there. (We miss Thomas)

Staff is always friendly, while the breakfast never really changes it’s still an excellent selection. Staff always helps getting extra sheets for my teenager and towels since rooms automatically only get 2 per room.

The only complaint I have is I’ve stayed at this property multiple times over the past 1.5 years and it was never mentioned to me until this stay if I was a rewards member through Wyndham so I could have been earning points all this time and didn’t.

My room was extremely quiet. Rarely heard anyone’s footsteps or doors around me. The room was neat and smelled like they may use some sort of scented air freshener or carpet spray and it lasted the whole 4 or 5 days I was there. Bathroom was large and spacious. Just a few cracks in the tile and stains on the wall. But overall was a great room at a great price.

Smelling weed in the lobbies and elevators. And minor termites flying around

Breakfast was good. Had to go to the lobby to eat breakfast. One day had a sausage biscuits and never had them again. Coffee was hot and fresh. Didn't have much to chose from. No low carb. Nothing really for diabetics to choose from.

1. One side of the bed was too close to the air conditioner and had to turn sideways to get into bed or crawl on the bed. 2. Was charged a fee that was not told about until we seen the charge in our bank statement. When we called about it, they called it "incidential." A fee of $60.00 was charged which was refund we checked out. This charge or fee should be told upfront before charging to the credit card. They explained the charge as for room service, or things we might charged to the room. This is a service we do not use and therefore should not have been charged this fee.

Everything was very clean. The staff was very attentive. Thomas, at the front desk, came up to my room as soon as soon as I called with a TV problem. The breakfast was good and was very well serviced . t

I could hear the person in the room next to mine snoring.. Walls must not have any insulation.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful in all respects. They went out of their way to make sure my stay was pleasant and enjoyable. I truly felt like I was appreciated as a guest unlike many other motels I have stayed at.

Everything was top notch.

Breakfast was okay, but for it being included with stay it was fine.

Directions on how to use a waffle iron might help - I don't eat waffles but it appeared there were a number of folks who were drawn to make their own waffles but had no clue how to use the appliance.

The staff was super friendly, very courteous and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Tge only thing bad was the keys to the room was very finicky and had to go back and get the key reprogrammed. After it got reprogrammed it happened again but we were in for the night so just left it alone since we were checking out in the morning.

The accommodation experience at this hotel is all good. The only problem is that the noise from the air conditioner is a bit too loud. If you already suffer from insomnia, that noise will make your night seem even longer.

Cleaniness; friendly staff; good breakfast

The room has a peculiar odor when u first enter the room & it is the same in the other rooms that I stayed in;; however u quickly acclimate. Also the drapes in this particular room were not room darkening.
