The staff was incredible. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Location was convenient to food, fuel etc.

Originally we rented a room with a single bed and the room was SO small! The heater wouldn’t work in the room so they did move us to a double which was a lot bigger. The complimentary breakfast was limited.

The front desk clerk was extremely nice when we arrived. She was very accommodating.

My room had roaches. My pillow case had mildew stains on them. There was only 4 towels available for 5 people which was specified in my reservations. There was a slight smell in my room. And not much of a variety for breakfast

The breakfast was good. The room was clean and spacious.

It rained one day and they close the pool because the tiles were slippery. Not a big deal due to safety reasons, but due to the weather in LA. the pool should be open for the guest.

The lady at the front desk was wonderful and played along with our granddaughter.

They had a sign that you could not take food to your room because of waste. I had a 1/2 waffle 🧇. The guy stopped me and I threw it away. Just use common sense obviously 🙄 I did not have waste I only did 1/2 instead of the whole thing.

My husband left his jewelry in the room, went back to retrieve it and one of management was very rude and police had to be call to property and retrieve my husband when they told him they didn't have it and suggest he could call police if he wanted. Very rude and impolite to paying customer that had extended there stay there.

All staff are friendly and hotel is always clean

That the soda machine is out you have to go to the desk and it’s the only soda machine. It should think about serving hot breakfast like eggs, sausage, ham, biscuits, potatoes,

Very clean and well kept. Staff very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable to sleep on.

Did not realize on booking that there is no dresser/closet although hooks in the room are provided to hang items.

I had a vert good stay. there really wasn't anything to not like. the only thing really was the towels did not smell fresh but we're clean.

Love it was quiet and very nice. The rooms were cold love that and love the beds very comfortable and the shower was amazing specially how the bathroom was made 😍❤️ and love they had breakfast too and the pool was very nice and clean
