Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Staff was efficient and friendly. Parking lot was well lit. This neighborhood can be rough, but I didn’t feel unsafe or worry about my vehicle here. Atmosphere was nice.

Did pay for breakfast when most hotels offer a complimentary breakfast. Food was good, not exceptional for the price. Having actual dinnerware instead of disposable was refreshing though. Paying for breakfast wouldn’t discourage me from staying here again.

Place looked fancy on the outside

Everything seemed ok on the surface. Floors were wet and lobby smelled a little damp. Some light mold in the shower caulking. Bathroom door and entry door could not be opened or left open at the same time without banging into each other. The luggage carts were difficult to maneuver, bad triangular design. Staff were really busy on their cell phones rather than us. I will likely not stay there again with a Marriott right next door.

Access to the highway was very convenient. Staff was helpful and pleasant, greeting us whenever we encountered them on the property.

Fitness center was limited. We had difficulty controlling the temperature in our room. The thermostat wasn’t working, so we had to use the unit at the window to cool the room. It was an all or nothing proposition. Either too cold, or not cool enough.

The room was clean. We got the king suite so we had a living area away from the sleeping area. Loved the fact that they had like 10 feather pillows. Thin ones and thick ones. Your choice. We used them all. The next morning I went down the hall to find a housekeeper for coffee. The hallway smelled real nice from the cleaning products. Im a facilities supervisor so cleaning is my profession. And I can honestly say the maids on our floor take pride in their job. We were on the 3rd floor. Staff was super friendly. I made sure I left a tip for housekeeping. They deserved it. The only thing that I seen that could use attention is the trash cans in the rooms. When I pulled the bag out the inside was kind of gross. Definitely needs cleaning. But other than that its an A+ room.

I didn't care for the bar set up. The bar has around 8 seats and located next to the lobby. Its not an actual bar like some others have. Its part of the lobby. And they close at 10pm. The bartender was super nice and even though we showed up at 9:58pm, he made my husband a drink and me a beer to go. So we could take it to our room. So if you are looking for a hotel with an actual bar to hang out in this isn't the one for you. But other than that it's a nice hotel.

Clean room, Good Service, and excellent food at the restaurant. We arrived in a downpour so we decided to eat at the hotel instead of going out. The restaurant service we excellent and the steak was cooked to perfection. Good job!!!

My TV did not work in my room but I was given another room the next day.my second room was not like my first room but it was ok. My first room was 1200 and my second room was 1253

I Did not like seeing all the pets and learning that you did not have a pet floor.

Staff was very nice, pet friendly and bed was very comfortable.

We had a suite and I think it’s safe to assume the bathroom was not cleaned because there was urine around bottom of the toilet.

The staff all around were amazing!! Especially the wonderful lady at check in.. room was clean and comfortable! Highly recommend staying here.

outdated restroom, bathtub and commode wasn’t the best. a lot of mildew on bathroom walls, along with rusted borders behind bathroom door. I do have the pictures. I called and requested more towels, she said okay, never received them
