I had an amazing stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Shreveport! 😍 The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming 😊🤗—they made me feel right at home! 🏡 Any request I had was handled in under 5 minutes! ⚡ Need an extra pillow and blanket? 🛏️ Delivered in a flash! 🚀 A lamp bulb went out? 💡 Maintenance was there in no time! 🛠️ I couldn’t wait to write this glowing review! 🌟 The front desk ladies were absolute gems—so kind and helpful! 💎🙌 The hot breakfast was a total win! 🥐🔥 Make-your-own waffles, hot eggs, oatmeal, bagels, fresh coffee, and grits—pure gold! ☕🍳 This place is a hidden treasure! 💰 I’m already looking forward to my next stay—this is my forever hotel in Shreveport! 🏨❤️

The breakfast is really good. The coffee at the breakfast is 10/10 and the oat milk is a must i love it. The waffle are perfect of the varieties for health breakfast is amazing.

At the room the lamp at the beds did not work. The Coffe maker also did not work. At the pool do not have enough towels. At the pool some people was smoked marihuana.

Friendly staff and clean. Breakfast and coffee was good as well. I also appreciated being able to park close to room. The location is ideal to casinos, good food and lots of live music venues. I rented a suite for a small party for my birthday. The suite was perfect, having everything I needed for a gathering of 5. My guest and I both commented on the comfort of the beds.

I cannot think of anything that I wanted or needed that was not available.

The location was next door to Horseshoe Casino, where we had to eat dinner with friends. It is also located next to Bass Pro Shop and the Louisiana Boardwalk for shopping. The property is fairly new and loved all the facilities they offered.

The lonely thing was, we were on the 2nd floor, and I am a light sleeper, so heard some of the tragic noise but not bad.

Loved everything about the property.

We were in the end room next to railroad tracks—and the trains were running late into the night and very early in the morning. Otherwise we loved everything about the hotel!

It was very nice, I would choose to stay there every time, it just a little over my budget to stay to often. But on another special day it will be my first choice. It was my daughter’s birthday and first time to go to a casino.

Every thing was good, I could not ask for a better room or service.

The breakfast was good. Kept hot and clean throughout the time of breakfast.

Internet, was the thing bad about my stay. It was not friendly useable. Anything I need to research to make my stay, fun, places to see, places of interest, no paper brochures laying around so the people staying at the hotel lobby , could view.

Welcoming and friendly staff. We were given a good recommendation for places to eat which was only across the road (we got a 10% discount by showing our hotel pass) Great selection of breakfast - sausages, scrambled egg, make your own waffles, corn grits, oatmeal with numerous choices for toppings and more, it was great) Good location.

It would be great if the breakfast had “fresh” options (fruits or veggies)

People and cleanliness were amazing.

Carpet was pulled up I am area near bathroom and I stepped on carpet tacks ; slow draining sink in bathroom and woke up to flooded kitchen due to leaking refrigerator

Clean, well maintained with very soft comfortable beds. Minimal noise and staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Maybe a bit pricey but very competitive with surrounding Hotels
