The gentleman that checked us in was amazing. My card would not go thru and we tried it twice. I don't remember his name, I'm sorry, he was the best he went ahead and checked us in and gave us keys and told me if they had any problems he would call us. His energy and attitude was great. Thank you so much for a great stay. We come from Arkansas every year for the mudbug festival. We will be sure to book with y'all every time. The only disappointing thing was that we were told the bar opened from 530-930 and we tried to go and it wasn't opened.

Breakfast was good, main bed was comfy, staff is amazing and friendly and so helpful. The air conditioning in the room is great.

Room needs updated. Pull out sofa had to be 30 years old and was only springs. The toilet paper holder wasn’t attached to the wall and would come out when used. Thought I had got the same room I got a few years ago, with a separate bedroom but not the case and was definitely not worth the price paid. Lighting in the room was dim with nothing in the middle of the room.

Everything was nice. The lady that checked us in was amazing. She made us feel welcome. Other then I needed bigger bags for my trash n more towels due to swimming. Everything was great no one bother us nor asked where nor why we was going in n out. I felt at home for the second time there. I'll be back!! Bar n pool should be open a lil later for adults lol but......

The scenery on the back of the hotel was great, but the price was ok but could’ve been a little lower.

The train look like it took forever to pass and we had a room on the back so we heard it passing the whole time. Plus the toilet was a tight fit not enough room to move around plus it was way, way too low to the ground. And the closet in our room looked haunted so we didn’t hang our clothes in it then woke up Sunday with ants all over our luggage and chair. We did report it at checkout and they were getting the maintenance man to take care of it.

Sammy was such a gem and made my check in experience a breeze! I also really loved the view of the city from my room, quality of my room, and the short distance to the club scene which was the reason for my visit

I couldn't connect to wifi during my stay, but I was out on the town most of my stay so it didn't effect my stay too much.

For the most part it was clean, I found hair in a couple of the towels, but at least they were white. LOL the carpet felt comfortable enough to walk on barefoot. Comfortable as in clean enough. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were really white and feel clean. The room I got had an amazing view. This made everything else all right. I actually loved the fact that you can hear and see every train that passes. The hotel is right in front of a railroad track. I could see the lights on the boardwalk bridge as well as the river at night. It was beautiful. If you stay here, tell them to make sure to get you a Riverside view.

The water pressure for the shower was literal trash. The pressure of the shower was so low that it took at least 10 minutes to wash off the soap from my body. This is no cap at all. I had asked for extra towels to be in my room before my stay, I didn't get those towels. There was only one roll of tissue placed in the room.

I loved the location and how accessible it was to downtown and near the casino. All amenities were up to date and nice. The bed was extremely comfortable also.

I didn’t like how we were being rushed to check out the from. The housekeeper came almost 2 hours early the next morning at 9:30. He or she tried to enter our room without knocking or introducing who they were which was frightening. Thankfully, I wasn’t alone. He or she also attempted to walk in our room a second time and it was only 10:30. We still had 30 minutes before checkout. No knock or introducing who they were either time. Luckily, the second lock was in place or they would’ve walked right in our room and invaded our privacy.

Just a little outdated… Room had a lot of moisture so it was humid - the tile on the room floor was slippery and I coughed a lot on the last night but I will still book again

Location and parking was excellent

No hot water in my room. Hotel was booked up so I couldn’t get moved to another room and maintenance never came to look at it.

It was comfortable. I loved the pool. And def the ice machine.

Everything was ok. Just the staff were a bit quiet, which is ok, but made the stay feel a bit weird. I ddnt like that breakfast isnt offered or Anything. Also I left my cup on the counter at pay/checkout, and nobody bothered to call me.
