The shuttle service was great! Olivia and Randy made sure we arrived to every destination safely and on time. The pick up was quick and we never had to wait longer than 10 minutes! Also after we checked out they let us come back and eat our lunch before getting on the road!

Our a/c was not working properly in our room so it was hot all night. The staff was awesome when we got ready to check out they discounted our room without hesitation.

Very nice, pool/smoking area was exceptional. Easy to navigate around to find the lounge, the restaurant, the pool.

The site says they have shuttle service to the local concert venue AND they will tell you they have it if you call and ask but it is not true. The only reason I booked with them instead of a cheaper but still sufficient competitor is for that shuttle. I was very disappointed that they said they did but didn't. And, run the hot water for a good while before you need it. It takes a few minutes to get to your faucet.

Everything was very nice…so happy there was NO carpet in the room. Was also pleasantly surprised that there was a microwave in the room.

Everything was great except for the 6:30 am fire alarm….no fire just a little scary…all was good.

The room was comfortable and spacious. And it was close to where I needed to go. Staff was helpful. Pool was beautiful although a bit cold.

Not one vending machine on any of the 4 floors of the hotel worked. In the vending machines a bottle of water was $1.50 but at the front desk it was $3.00. When I booked the room it said it had a spa bath tub but my room had a handicapped bath tub. There was mold in the tub also. The hot tub outside was being repaired.

Assumed there would be a complimentary breakfast. Not a $16 charge per person. At the price of the stay you would expect a complimentary breakfast.

No free breakfast. Bad floor plan in the suite. The entrance door to suite clashes with bathroom door and closet. Beds aren’t that comfortable.

The bed was hard and for the price I paid for this hotel room for one night it should’ve came with breakfast. At least a continental breakfast. The waiter let me know really quick that breakfast was not included on the Hilton side of the hotel and a coworker received his bill before he was even given silverware/plasticware or his breakfast he ordered..

Breakfast was good, hot, fresh. Enjoyed the service, friendly staff.

Mattress was too firm. Room wasn't clean totally. There was something sticky substance on floor in closet. Carpet wasn't vacuumed, there were remnants near bed.

Location was good. The room was large and had refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker.

The water in sink barely ran enough to brush teeth and wash face. the shower had what appeared to be mold, needed a good cleaning. I was driving home so I opted to skip shower.

One of the staff members was about to turn us away because he did not see my name for the booking but luckily someone else stepped in and realized he was on the wrong page. He then told us we would get complimentary breakfast but in the morning a staff told me he must have gotten our stay confused with the extended stay side. That’s two times in a row. I don’t know if he is new or what but it made us uncomfortable on whether or not we were even charged for our room correctly (if he charged us the price of the extended stay vs hilton garden). Also there is only one elevator per hotel (so for the garden side it’s just one). The elevator is too small to house a whole hotel. It was crowded and half the time we told the people they could go up first without us.
