The staff are always smooth and collected. They know what they are doing and it makes checking in at the end of a long day MUCH BETTER. The hotel commons are very well kept and comfortably quiet throughout

Shower curtain was worn and torn. The bed was lumpy and I had to sleep on the opposite side (head where feet go). It didn’t seem that the HVAC caught up overnight

The room was very large. The room was very clean. There was a good sized counter next to the sink. The room was in very good shape. The bathroom and the towels were very clean. WIFI was very reliable and response times were very good. I believe that the sound reducing aspects for the room were very good because I did not hear activity in the rooms with common floors, ceilings, or walls. The elevators were efficiency moving the traffic.

My wife and i had good stay, room is so clean and bed is so comfortable. That's all we want Qiet during bed time .

More better if we could connect to the internet so we figured out more our way and plan back to the road. But it's ok there's a computer to the lobby that really helps

It was quite in the room. No outside noise was ever heard. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub was the best, truly made the trip unforgettable. Staff was amazing. A wonderful experience all together. Thanks.

The hot tub did have a problem draining when I first arrived. The maintenance man showed up quickly and resolved the issue.

Large rooms ,clean comfortable bed. Refrigerator in room.Staff was nice and helpful. Overall a good experience.

My room had a deep smell of tobacco.I had a smoking room but it needed to be aired out. And a air freshener to be used.

Clean and comfortable! Elevator was always quick to arrive, and rooms were quiet. Parking was not too far away, and security was seen often. We only stayed 1 night, but now plan on another visit soon! It was an enjoyable visit!

Would like some type of restaurant, deli, or sandwich place open later at night.

This was a very spacious room with everything I wanted. Super clean, I was impressed with how comfortable the chairs and bed felt. Bonus points for a blackout curtain to keep out the sun!

Conveniently located off Interstate, safe area, good security and quiet.

Room was very dusty. 1 electrical outlet did not work, commode handle would hand and it would spontaneously start running water and very little hand soap at laboratory.

Super clean, easy to find, room and spa was amazing and relaxing, super enjoyable, as first time casino player, the staffs were very helpful!

Alot of people smoking in the casino. Pricey foods for small portions. Security was rude and not helpful.

The pillows and bed were very comfortable

The only thing I would change is to put a microwave in each room. It's a little awkward to go downstairs anything someone wants to heat something up.
