The rooms were extra clean and very nice exceptional hot water and pressure! The staff was very friendly, and inviting vallet parking was a plus. My husband left his phone in the car after about 20 minutes is when he noticed it. We asked the vallet attendant to help us locate our car, and he went and got the phone for my husband. The casino was very nice, although smoking was aloud, the hotel obviously had a nice ventilation system as the smell was not bad at all. If you go, I recommend Dragos seafood restaurants conveniently located in margaritaville. You will not be disappointed....

The location of this property is perfect. It is easy to get to and it is located right on the Red River. There are four other casinos within a two mile radius.

This property is overpriced in every way. I expect to pay resort fees in Las Vegas, but paying resort fees in Bossier City beg the question of exactly what I am paying for. We ate at two restaurants while on the property. While the food was good, it was not worth the price. The slot floor was disappointing - many machines were out of service and the machines that were working were tight. We ended up going across the river to another casino and had a much better experience.

I know they are going thru a renovation but our toilet seat was too small for the toilet bowl and would shift every time you sat on it. They did not have a fitted sheet on the bed so when you pulled the top sheet and covers back, everything pulled out and you had to re-tuck the flat sheet you slept on. I needed to iron and the iron was so rusty I couldn’t use it. I tried to call the front desk or housekeeping and had no instructions on the phone to contact them. I ended up calling as if to book a room and they said they would bring another. My husband went down to the front desk at about 7:15 a.m. and found out housekeeping didn’t come in till 8:00 a.m. and the front desk had no idea how to get another iron.

Property was easy to get to and beautifully decorated. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The door to the room needed to be sanded or something because it was extremely hard to open and to close completely. There was also some Construction going on definitely on the floor and sounded like in the room next to mine. That noise level would certainly interrupt anyone’s needed sleep during the day. They started near 8 am this morning and yesterday ended about 6 pm. Rooms should not be rented on the floor where there is construction going on.

Didn't eat in the morning , but l lik the fact its 3.5 drive from where i stay and my wife loved the sea food over there, better Win star

Customer service , when we checked in i was given a wrist band to wear and told it's for the 2nd floor to go gym and food but when we went there was no food, we asked a Maintenace man didn't know anything about what i was asking about and when i was sleeping i felt something on me woke up and it was a spider i was able to kill it but other than that good ..

The atmosphere was awesome and the new restaurant was fantastic.

The shower was dirty with hair as if someone just showered . I am questioning the proper room cleaning procedure for my room occupied. Maybe the workers slacked on this one 😒

When I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome, the front desk personal was friendly and helpful. There was plenty off parking with excellent lighting, I felt safe in the parking area. I really like the room it was spacious, it did have a smoking smell but I know everyone does not follow the rules. I was able to get the smell to go away. The bathroom was amazing. I love the dining options at the hotel/ resort the food was really good. The casino area was amazing with the different gaming options provided.

Over all the only thing I did not like was that when I entered my room it smelled like smoke, but I know the staff can only do so much if a prior guest did not follow the non smoking policy.

Nice, clean place to stay.

There were 4 of us staying in the room and only 2 towels were provided. We called for extra towels and nobody ever brought them. We offered to go down and get them and were told no, they didn't have them at the desk. We ended up having to share so we could check out on time. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

I liked that there were options on dining. The bisto area that stays open 24 hrs is excellent. Great for a late night snack, early morning coffee or just to soothe your hunger! I also felt much safer outdoors after dark. I have stayed at a few hotel/casinos in the Shreveport area & been approached by some sketchy people. The facility was clean, the staff were knowledgeable and eager to be of service. The only thing I didn't like or prepare for was that there wasn't a hair dryer in the room. Easy fix ...we purchased one from a local store. I will definitely be staying at this location again.

I didn’t like how in the rooms there’s no soap in the bathrooms, no tissue box or any of the common conveniences in most hotels. In order to wash our hands we’d have to step into the shower to get shower gel just to wash our hands. I didn’t like that, it’s inconvenient.
