Upon arriving, the system did not show that I had prepaid. The manager gave me the room until Booking.com resolved the issue. It took 2 days, but management was patient. They did not involve me at all. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. The room was quiet; it matters because I am a driver, and I need uninterrupted sleep. I have stayed here 4 times. I read other reviews before my first stay. I was skeptical because some reviews claimed bugs. This last stay was a week long, and I have never seen any bugs other than a fly that came in.

The safety latch was broken. The door frame was broken and cracked. It appeared that management had to break in when the safety latch was engaged. I gave the property an 8 because of that; otherwise, it would have been a 9.

Great location. There wasn't a lot of traffic or loud noise! There was a refrigerator and a microwave in my room. The water got hot, hot!! No bugs!! The lighting was different but cool. There were lights in the headboard. 😀

I had a non-smoking room, but it smelled like smoke when I entered. Even after a day or so, when I left and came back & sprayed, it still smelled like smoke. 😔 It could have been a smoking room underneath the one I had (not sure). Also, even though there was a sofa chair in the room, it looked like it had seen better days. (Time to throw it out)

The staff was very friendly and my room was clean. I didn’t have any trouble with it being quiet. The bed was comfortable. I was checked on almost every day to see if I needed anything.

I couldn’t use the handicap parking space because there were cars parked there without handicap plates or hang tags.

Excellent, clean, comfortable room in a location close to food and shopping. I slept just as well and comfortably as if I had paid hundreds of dollars for a more expensive hotel. Very warm and heartfelt staff. I would definitely stay here again if I came back.

The room offered a refrigerator and microwave that were not listed as features. I was thrilled to see them. The room was quiet which I needed a quiet location to ensure uninterrupted sleep.

The employees were very helpful. They were also accommodating considering our reservations were voided by our "booking agency".

The renovated rooms are just fine for a man in his thirties who's low maintenance.

The shower is not warm and the noise from the Interstate is especially loud. NHL
