Property was nice & decent.

First and foremost It was me, my husband & our 2 daughters when we stayed. FIRST it was a call at 2 in the morning saying we were loud or the tv was loud which neither was true my daughters went to sleep around 9. And the phone call is wat woke me up. Then The front desk knocked on the door around 8 in the morning saying someone complained of smelling weed. Im looking at her with the most confusion because thats impossible with my 2 daughters in here and on top of that WE don’t smoke. So she gave me til 12 to leave and I had another day to go. And Only got refunded 97 dollars from my deposit and paid $100. But overall just horrible and off top just JUDGING people because they are black. Everyone dont smoke just because they are black

The property is situated at a very convenient location! Restaurants and fast food chains are nearby! Room was clean, a bit small but had everything in it! Microwave and fridge as well. Stuff was cooperative and breakfast was okay. Had a very pleasant stay for one night!

The cargo train runs by next to the property. The sound might be heard from the rooms. Did not disturb us much but at times could not stand and talk in the parking lot due to the sound of the train!

Staff. Restaurants nearby. Our room was really nice.

The bathtub. Being a senior it was very slick and created an unsafe feeling. Directions to the hotel. The freeway system was under massive reconstruction. Our exit was not available. We had To go out of our way and backtrack. I know that’s not the hotels fault but would have been nice if the hotel had warned us and provided us with an alternate route. We couldn’t leave the way we came in and had to come up with another plan to get back up on the freeway.

Everything, it was very very nice. Check in was quick. Myself, my daughter, and friends rested good in those comfortable beds. The shower has good pressure. Different selections on the TV channels, smelled clean, very clean, and I love that sink & faucet. I couldn't had it no other way. We recommend that you book this hotel the Price is very good.👍🏽❤️

There was no bacon ,🥓 sausage, or eggs🥚 when we came to breakfast. My friend, she went @ 7:30am it was none of the above there. Nothing but pancake mix, syrup, cereals, milk, oatmeal, juice, Danish, yogurt, & fruit. Also 2 doors down that a sm. dog was barking. Other than that it was excellent.

It was close by the arena and easy access back to 1-20 the facility was well maintained and cleaned the only bad thing was the shower I was scared I was going to fall down to all the noise the shower made every time you move breakfast was good I overall enjoyed my stay to the staff that bday was this weekend happy bday and we enjoyed you thanks so much for the hospitality and the other lady as well you guys rock

The friendly staff and easy location to everything we needed especially towels they made sure we were very comfortable

Very pleasantly surprised by this little place! Room is small as expected so that's no problem but they make excellent use of space with clever modules and such. My favorite thing was they created a padded bench on top of the air conditioner! I wish I would have taken a pic of it! The room was clean, comfortable and really quite charming. The free breakfast was good, fresh fruit and nice variety of choices. Very friendly staff too! I'm still impressed with the quality for the price. Absolutely recommend. Stayed here twice, once on my way to New Orleans then on my way back home I liked this place so much.

Ice machine not working on first floor, had to use 3rd floor machine.

They property has recently been bought last 6 months and they are really clean and nice the only negative thing is Pollows. We went and bought pillows but this property was very clean great location to everything 10 minutes to river 5 minutes to the bossier arena 5 minutes to Walmart! Lol we all need a Walmart close. The breakfast was good and area was clean. Great Price! Would stay again. They are newly reopening so everything seems New and working on things that aren’t. Give this place 5 stars.

Pillows is the only negative

The stay was fine for the one night we stayed. The linen for the bed was not clean and had food crumbs from a previous customer. They need to make sure that they are taking care of that before having others come in and lay in the same filth from a stranger. That's the least they can do. I let the front desk know as well.

Cleanliness of the bed

The staff goes above - above & beyond in such an exceptional manner that the physical plant issues (older building etc) are negated, especially at this rate. And as a 52 yr old female alone safety is always my primary concern. As a matter of fact on my last visit I left computer equipment/files in a rented storage facility and upon return found it had been robbed but thank God for these women I had left the most important part ( client legal files) at the front door when I loaded up and they held onto them —- that says it all !!

The facility needs upgrades and repairs but it’s clean

Pillows were flat. The door key pads did not work for the side, and back outside had to walk around to the front. The elevator only accommodated 5 people at the most, which took a little time to get to your room at times.
