The room (two bedroom suite) was perfect for our stay as we were able to visit late into the evening and then retire to our separate bedrooms when time to sleep. I love the fact that we had a full kitchen. The breakfast was wonderful and luckily was open late enough for most of my group to enjoy as none of us are morning people. Although it wasn't very cold; I also enjoyed the fire in the main entrance.

I was disappointed in the putting green because the way it was advertised, I thought the hotel had a putt-putt golf course so the wording needs to be corrected so others don't make the same mistake.

Everything!!! exceptional stay even with the renovations all the people that I came into contact with from the security , Mr Daniels, to the front desk, the gentleman that checked me in, the breakfast cook, really love her! the dinner cook, Leighton who sang for me, and last but certainly not least, Heather who was exceptional in helping me even though I had been difficult with her and she still assisted me greatly so thank you Heather forgive me for being short with you but you are a winner!!! I will be back.

This is hard because all was good, but a floor that doesn’t house pets

Overall the pool and size of the room was fine!

It appears that the A/C unit was not working properly which lead to a restless night! The breakfast was absolutely NOT good at all! Where did the waffles and potatoes come from? Why isn’t there a waffle maker? For the amount of money that your customers pay, there should be better food. The potatoes were soggy and not crisp! The waffles were just sad! The juice was not good at all! I would stay again because the room size was great! But these other issues need to be fixed! As nice and classy as the place is represented with the accompanying cost this should be considered! Thanks so much for your time and consideration.

The room size and pool was great! However, the cost was somewhat pricey and could’ve been cheaper.

The room was pretty warm! It’s summer time! Our stay should be pleasant! Fix the units! The breakfast was just ok, at the price paid there should have been better options such as omelettes and a way for us to make our own waffles, the waffles were terrible, the potatoes were soggy and not crisp and the juice was not good at all!

The hotel was very nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful.. it was very difficult to locate due to highway construction nearby. The television in our room wasn’t working due to changes they were making. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.

Big rooms

Sofa bed mattress was worn badly and falling apart in all 3 rooms, linen for sofa bed was not in room and we had to go to the lobby for all 3 rooms and get it which was multiple trips bc the other adults had ro stay with minors in the room. Bathtubs are old with many chips in the porcelain

The receptionist was attentive and efficient. There was a nice seating area as well as we waited to be processed. The building itself was easy to navigate and the elevator was fully operational and spacious. The room was immaculate and had multiple rooms.

On arrival, on Labor Day weekend, we reserved our room way in advance but they got overbooked and our room was given away. I held my frustration to see how this would be resolved and gladly I did because we were given a room in the Garden Inn which is located in the same building; also we were offered free breakfast.

The staff was so kind and it was so clean

That the shuttle wouldn’t deliver .5 miles further to the stadium. It would have been very convenient after a concert with my family of 8

Suites were available and spacious.

One of the elevators (the one near our room) was broken, so we had to walk all the way around the building to get to another elevator and then all the way back around the building to get to our room.

The breakfast was fair. Food was hot. French toast and pancakes was over cooked.

When we arrived at our room there was a light out in the kitchen. A tile had come off and it looked like liquid was spilled on the wall. We told hotel management twice. The light was fixed the next day. The tile was never fixed and the walls weren't wiped down.
