It was nice quiet. The front desk staff was excellent and helped fix issues with booking.

We had a light that did not work it just flickered. There were only snacks at main desk bo vending machines.

I booked at a cheaper rate and once it gave me details, it asked if I wanted a toilet added. What in the world? I paid extra to get a toilet. I don't think this is correct but I paid the extra amount. Shame on you 😕

This was the second time we've stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites on Airline Dr. It's a convenient stopping point on a trip we make regularly. Friendly staff, very good breakfast. Lots of restaurants close by.

My wife would have preferred Froot Loop cereal instead of Fruity Pebbles, but you can't have everything I suppose. The breakfast was out of orange juice, but they did have a nice selection of fruit to compliment the hot foods.

Very nice and clean. Staff were great, communicate well, helpful, nice.

I had a room where the AC did not work, but was immediately relocated by a friendly attentive front desk employee. Very pleasant.

A/C had trouble cooling room to match setting. Room could use bigger a/c unit or fan to help circulate air.

Broken fridge in room, but switching rooms was easy thanks to a very helpful receptionist. Broken ice machine on 4th floor, had to go for ice on the 3rd floor.

Hated that I used Booking.com and couldn’t speak to Hampton direct to make a change from king to 2 queen beds. So when arriving our rooms weren’t what we needed and had to pay for an additional room for my parents.

Decent hot breakfast. Pleasant staff. Comfortable room.

Housekeeping missed a few things in cleaning the room after the previous occupant. It's not a Hampton problem, but I always struggle in hotels to find a single comfortable pillow out of the mound of pillows piled on the bed. I've had worse luck some places, so overall not complaining, just commenting.
