The rooms are more like furnished efficiency apartments than motel rooms… comfy couch and chairs, full kitchen with mid-size fridge, full-size oven/range, and big microwave. TV signal was strong. Queen bed VERY comfortable. Room/building could use updating, but VERY clean. Maintenance lead, Bobby, was quite proud of renovations going on at next building. Office/main building is nice, cozy. No breakfast currently, but coffee machine made good brew. Resident evening manager/security man, Jay, was fantastic! I arrived well after the 10 pm deadline for check-in, not having known about the policy (my fault), but a tenant walked by while I was knocking on the office door and calling Booking.com about the situation. She nicely went and got Jay to come check me in, which he was only to glad to do, since I had a reservation! Mind you, this was after midnight! Jay checked me in promptly without complaint and explained the $75 damage deposit, which would come off my VISA card in a few days. (The property has a strict “No Party” policy, by the way! :) Jay then walked me to my room nearby and showed me around, asking if there was anything I needed, but I didn’t, as the usual toiletries and towels were provided. Bathroom was very clean, just needed some caulking The neighborhood isn’t what you’d call a garden spot, just a normal Southern city, business/hotel/motel district, but I felt safe and the property and surroundings were very quiet, despite being not too far from I-20. Being more like apartments instead of a motel, there weren’t people walking by at all hours. Landscaping was nice 😁 Overall, I’d stay here again, maybe for a week to cruise the nearby casinos! This IS a river town after all.😉 Looks like a fun place, but I was just passing through to Dallas :)

I like how each sweet was like his own little apartments. It has its own kitchen, fridge, and microwave.

Didn’t have anything for the kitchen so you would have to buy it if you want to use the kitchen I had a problem with my toilet I never got fixed. Understandably the Staffing is short but I was there for about a month. My first neighbor was great but the second one was always arguing so we could hear them through our room.

We got a spacious room that has its own kitchen and the restroom was leaking. That’s the only downside.

the property is understaffed so if there’s a problem, it takes a while to get to which is understandable. Fortunately, our room was clean. No smell. The kitchens don’t have any pots or pans plates bowls, cups silverware so you would have to bring them.

Nice room friendly staff, great location. Pool was great. Accommodations for handicap were available for me. Parking was convenient, easy to unload and load or luggage. Manger was super friendly, was always there to help.

Room smelled like someone was smoking in it. Clearly signs were posted stating the no smoking policy. We went home and the smell followed. The stale thick smell is in our clothes, hair, and in our home. Other than that the stay was great.

We loved the individual condos, complete with TV, queen bed, full kitchen, and a fireplace! The location was easy to find and close to restaurants

The interior needs some TLC- loose rocking toilet; taped down carpet can trip you; tub needs safely bars and better non-slip footing. Otherwise the condo was very attractive and very comfortable. We would defintely stay there again, and the price was right.

I liked the bathroom space. I liked how spacious it was. I really liked the views. I like how quiet it is. I like the customer service. Everything was great.

Only Thing is, it has a smell once you enter. You may need to light candles to get rid of the smell.

I like the rooms. They feel like you’re at your house. The rooms are very private!

Water was dripping from an upstairs unit into my bathroom room below. It didn’t bother me, as I know they are remodeling and making improvements.

A nice secluded place that I can relax after playing poker. Great staff that is both professional, as well as kind. The location is prefect, and priced very well considering how expensive casino rooms can be.

Had a townhouse vibe.

Room had spots where they spot painted but color was way off so walls looked polka dotted, furniture could be redone or replaced. Carpet was sticky needs to be replaced or some type of linoleum put down. Needs a deep cleaning of everything.

Everyone was so friendly

There wasn’t really wrong. There were a few things in our room that needed to be updated, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, we had a great stay!
