The rooms were clean and bed is very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful . The breakfast was good and filling . ( full breakfast ). The pool was relaxing. Honestly if the elevator wasn't malfunctioning and scary I would scored the hotel better. This is a nice comfy hotel. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

The pool needs to be cleaned, it had lots of leaves and bugs in it. Also, the elevator smells like something is burning. And I would press 4th floor and it would take me there but doors wouldn't open then took me down to 3rd floor for no reason (MALFUNCTIONING) VERY SCARY.. They have a fan blowing on the control panel in the control room. Another guest told me it has been like that for a super long time.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. The pillows were my favorite, fluffy and large! The breakfast was really good and the eating space was plentiful, not cramped at all. Bathroom was a decent size with a great shower. The location was a little tricky to find at first, but easy in/out due to a four way stop right in front of the entrance. I would rebook here for future trips, for sure.

Staff was very nice and pleasant to deal with Breakfast was ok nothing special. Biscuits were cold coffee machine didn’t work properly and fitness equipment didn’t work at all.

Faculty is in need of renovation. Walls were around baseboards was in need of replacing. Fitness center - 2 of 3 machines didn’t work. TV was broken.

Bed was comfortable, shower water pressure great and drain fine. TV fine

The window shade was torn and needed to be replaced. Could not close the blind to eliminate night lights and morning sunlight. Should be a cheap fix. Looked very unsightly also.

I have stayed at this property several times. This location is convenient and very accessible to to the highway. It's always clean. And staff are always friendly!

The location needs a little upgrading!

I liked how clean and spacious it is that and I loved the people working there they are the best and helped me whenever I asked or needed any information about what was around.

The pool had a lot of bugs and bird poop but it is an outside pool so thats expected

The staff was wonderful. From the front desk, house keeping to maintenance. They just could not do enough for us.

Breakfast was very limited. Coffee was weak and today the lids did not fit the cup. Food came out hot and by the time I got to my table it was cold.

It was quiet, and the room was comfortable. Ac took a minute to cool down, but overall, it was good. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

Although the bath had good grab bars there wasn’t a bath mat. To protect against slipping in the slippery tub, I put down one of the towels for safety.

I like the location of the hotel and how clean it was.

The only part I dislike was the customer service. When I arrived the front desk lady was not in a good mood and she didn’t greet me. She only said “Do you have a reservation “.
