Unexpectedly needed a room for the night and was having problems locating a room. Found this one, and staff was friendly and professional, personal, and efficient.

I felt safe at this motel. I didn't like the bathtub. I wanted to lie back and relax and couldn't because of the shape of the tub and the grab bar when I leaned my head back. Not enough hot water. But didn't take away from my stay. Everything else was great.

The staff was very nice and helpful.

We were unaware that the breakfast was outside of the facility. It was a great breakfast, but we didn't know we needed to go to a restaurant attached to the hotel next door. We were a little uncomfortable walking a good ways with small children to find this restaurant.

Miss Yolanda wheeler was exceptionally nice and friendly and very helpful she's the reason why I stayed another day

The location drug addicts everywhere and I think some of them will what even hanging around the hotel we talking about a hundred plus a night.. and anybody can just walk through the front door with no problem

Booked a handicap room. Only thing about it being a handicap room was the bathroom door was wide. No side handrails to help get off commode. There was one on back wall over tank. Still can not figure out what that one was for. No higher handrails in tub, nothing to hang on to to get in, only handrails were down close to the tube, useless for taking a shower. Every handicap room I have ever been in has walkin showers so you don't fall trying to get over side of tub.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean, well laid out and comfortable.

The facility has no control over this, but the only restaurant close to the hotel was closed. Even Google Maps showed nothing conveniently near by.

The breakfast didn't look appetizing at all. It was a total let down because I'm a foodie. I was not impressed.

Nothing not to like

breakfast was a disaster. choice was very limited and staff was short. tempered and ugly with clients. turned away several clients by refusing to replenish food.

Breakfast was off site, which it didn’t say and I thought it would be in the hotel!

The staff was nice. We were comfortable and felt safe. The breakfast at the Monkhouse Soul and Seafood was great, with great service.
