Excellent choice for families: the two-room suite includes 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen, so it would also be suitable with an infant. We appreciated the spaciousness and the comfortable furnishings. Breakfast was nice as well, but we would have expected more healthy options. The pool is great - our kids loved the many toys.

There was a very noisy device in one room that couldn't be switched off.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast choices were great. The pool area was clean and enjoyable. The common areas and room were clean. Definitely will stay again and hope that it stays this nice.

The only con was that we had to ask for a pillow and blanket for the sofa pull out bed. Most hotels have it already in the room, in the closet or dresser drawer.

We liked the Southern Hospitality. Everyone we dealt with went out of their way to get what we needed immediately. They were all very friendly and cheerful. Room floor and shower was somewhat dirty but not horrible. Breakfast was good and always well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was really good. The location was acceptable but the road lighting around the facility needs improvement. The room was comfortable and clean. The price was a little high. The staff was pleasant and courteous. The place felt like home.

The street lighting wasn't good to many dark spots. The price was a little high one night. Need more well defined smoking areas and outside seating need improvement.

I love this hotel when I have leisure trips. They offer full breakfast (better Saturday morning than sunday) they have full bottles of lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The room is like a mini corporate apartment. Its a getaway from the getaway

I wasn't a fan of the breakfast this time. Just eggs sand sausage links and a cheese omelette. I missed the better options which were on Saturday morning. Inventory was low I was going for the waffle but all they had was sugar free. Icky.

Terry was great and really went above and beyond. Definitely will stay at Homewood Suites, Shreveport. Terry was professional and courteous and friendly. He called the shuttle to pick us up from the airport after we returned our care he was very accommodating

I don't like rooms by the exit door.

The room set-up with a separate living/dinning area was convenient. The bed was also very comfortable.

Since the hotel lost power during the middle of the night, we were unable to have breakfast and left for our next destination prior to 4:30 am. Luckily, we had a small flashlight as none of the emergency lights were working (someone probably forgot to change the batteries) and the hall was pitch black. We were on the third floor and the only light working was on the bottom floor so we had to navigate the stairs in the dark. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and have been very satisfied.

The 2 different African American women checking in and out were superb in their professionalism. Everyone was kind and pleasant The flowers in front were blooming and full of beautiful butterflies and bees. Just lower the cost a bit to help people in this awful economy then you'll get a 10. Thanks

Very very nice!! Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable!! We just stayed overnight but, the experience was great!

A little hard to locate off of the interstate, but I called the property and the gentleman on site was so patient and helpful directing us to the property!!

The breakfast and the staff serving it were excellent. We had a bad thermostat in our suite but a maintenance man came right away to fix it, and returned again when we found the stopper in bathroom sink wouldn’t work. Overall, excellent stay.
