We were traveling with our dog. This property is very dog friendly. Grassy areas with poop stations. Very comfortable suites. It’s so nice to have more room and a table to eat at with proper dishes and utensils

It’s a bit of a drive off the highway which is why I didn’t give it high marks for location. The area itself was very nice once you got there. No restaurant within walking distance which is important to us after a long drive, but we did DoorDash and they delivered right to our room.

Location is great, felt safe, breakfast was good, staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious, full fridge is a plus, beds are comfortable, and AC works!

The toilet paper. For a well known brand hotel and charging upwards of $200 per night, I think more than a 1 ply toilet paper is expected. I have never complained about the toilet paper before but for some reason I had an issue with it this time. I do have another stay planned at your establishment so I guess I will be packing my own…… Also, adult beverages would be a plus!

best location for Shreveport area, very clean rooms, super friendly staff, was decorated with fall decor and the receptionist was even wearing a matching tie. (Orange) Great amenities (You can't beat the suite) and price! Would definitely stay there again when we visit the area to visit family!

4 large men sitting in a black car with the windows down for at least 3-4 hours at the main entrance. The driver stood outside on his phone most of the time. It was odd and made me a little uneasy with children around.

I didn’t eat breakfast

The hot water for the shower didn’t work well. It literally took at least 20 minutes for the water to warm up enough to shower. The shower water was warm not hot.

The room was spacious. Because I am in a wheelchair the room was very easy to get around in. The hotel was in agreat area, there were plenty of restaurants and shopping near by.

The toilet would have been easier to get on and off if it was one of the taller toilets. Items for sale at front desk were a little pricey.

I love how clean the room was, and the size is perfect especially since one of littles is in a wheelchair. shout out to Blake, he helped us get to our room when room key wasn't available.

The door to the bathroom was heavy, or it didn't slide very well. But everything else was so great that is a small sacrifice.

This is our favorite place to stay in the Shreveport area. The staff is outstanding. Room was very clean. Many places to eat or shop nearby.

Stay was great. Our a/c did have squealing noise that was annoying when TV was off and room was quite.

We were arriving in Shreveport to spend a week with our Daughter and her family when electrical power for the area went out. Had to quickly find a place for them and us to stay for the night (the heat/humidity was brutal, and they have a toddler). Were able to book Home2Suites at the last minute. Was pricey, but otherwise very nice.

As state above, was rather pricey.

It’s clean and new . Location was amazing you can walk to pretty much any restaurant you desire

Beds were to soft and pillows too high

I travel a lot and have stayed at countless hotels, I found you facilities to be the best. Everyone was friendly. If I requested anything, it was handled immediately. I saw cleaning being done all day. That let me know you cares about the health and safety of your guests. I want the whole staff to know this and to say Thank you to everyone I encountered.

The floors are slightly slippery when the dishwasher is on from the steam. I placed a towel down and it worked fine keeping the area dry. This issue to me is minor.
