Very clean. Easy walking into main village area of Freeport. Ample free parking. Room was very well appointed for a hotel. Fridge, microwave, kuerig, and shower amenities mounted in shower including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Bed was comfortable with nice pillows and great bedding. There is a bar area off main lobby open 5-9pm. A full breakfast is available for a fee. $12.95 at this writing. They do offer limited room service. Nice pool and everything is well maintained. Staff is always friendly! Will defintely be returning.

Breakfast was ordered off the menu, and included. Fruits, cereals, yogurts, etc was self serve. Make sure when you check in to verify that your breakfast is included. The property grounds are nice. Short distance to walk around town and head to LL Bean and the outlets. Room and beds were really comfortable and clean. Short drive to Portland, we did a tour in Portland which included a few light houses, the driver was entertaining!!!

Breakfast was good but a bit pricey for selection. Confusing menu. Be sure to ask for an explanation as the pricing is muddled especially if you want hot buffet items. We were told nothing about how to get them when ordering buffet. I love the location to the village. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. Great bartender! Have already booked for next year's festival.

When we checked in the reservation we made via Booking did not push through to the Hotel so we had to wait at the front desk for quite a while Booking customer service worked on their end to resolve the issue. After that was fixed (thank goodness the hotel had available rooms) the manager on duty, Peter, was so overly apologetic and offered us a free room upgrade. I thought this was exceptional service considering the issue was with Booking.com and not with the hotel. Pete was so very helpful, walked us through everything and offered us the upgraded room. We always stay here when we're in Freeport and this experience was truly outstanding.

This experience has taught me that even though you have a confirmed (and fully paid for) hotel reservation on Booking.com that doesn't mean it's confirmed at the hotel level. Going forward I will call the hotel directly after booking to make sure its there. Had the Hilton in Freeport been fully booked we would have been searching for lodging somewhere else which is not a fun experience.

Great location to walk to all of the outlets and restaurants. The staff is very friendly. We have stayed in the past and will definitely stay in the future.

The bathroom in the room was not as clean as I would have liked. Never had this issue in the past so hoping someone just had an off day.

After a long drive from Prince Edward Island (on our way to Maryland the next day) we really enjoyed the light fare offered at the restaurant and the bartender was quite helpful and friendly. Our room was large and clean, and the front desk staff accommodated a late request for a first floor room since my mother-in-law is 87 years-old.

Breakfast was good, although we’re used to complimentary breakfasts. Location was great.

There was a Long dark hair on the tv stand and an earring on the floor. Not a big deal but should have been noticed it seems. Here was no conditioner in the dispenser 8n the shower 😢

The “hot breakfast buffet” for $15 is a joke- it’s just packaged oatmeal and yogurt. You HAVE to order the actual breakfast foods. Cheaper and nicer to walk up the street to The Met or drive a mile down to Sunrise Cafe (great price and a ton of food!)

Did not eat at hotel, because previously had eaten there and found it expensive

The only thing was we needed more towels because we had 3 people in room and that was known to reservations. Also the pillows for pull out ( very creaky bed) did not have any pillow cases.

Hotel was nice for our one night stay.

That the parking was across the street and wasn't plowed well. Makes it difficult to carry bags on ice and being afraid to fall. We were also put in a room overlooking the railroad tracks which could of been avoided as the hotel was very empty. Train comes by all hours of the night. Ok for one night but not long term.
