Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and there was an excellent buffet breakfast (the cinnamon buns are delicious!). Free convenient parking. The only downside was the loud road noise which ran through the night and was disruptive but if you were on the other side of the hotel I think it would be peaceful. Would I stay here again? Definitely but would ask for a quieter room.

Sasha at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. All of the staff were very nice! The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good as well.

The pool was down when we arrived. It was back up and running the day after but was really cloudy. The water was also very cold. Otherwise, it would probably be a great pool.

I found it clean and quiet, which is most of what I look for in a hotel. It was conveniently located just off the highway, across the street from Maine Beer Company, and just a short drive from downtown Freeport.

I didn't love the plush bed, but that might just be me, who prefers a firmer mattress. The shower pressure was also light.

Very good location for us. 10-15 min drive to Freeport village where the shops are. 5 min drive to shaws supermarket. Room was very clean, staff were very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was awesome especially the cinnamon rolls. They were magnificent. Facilities there were brilliant. Brilliant stay.

Amazing Breakfast, Great TV show options , Comfy Bed and Amazing hot showers , Great pool as well with amazing Employees and GREAT SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER, great quality products.

Breakfast was amazing but was missing the Homefries , and also having a lactic option for cereal would be nice!

*Pillows were too squishy. * No extras in bathroom like makeup removers, lotion, etc. *Dove products offered for shampoo/conditioner and body wash.

Breakfast was great. Its tough to satisfy everyone. Choice was good. Staff was very gracious and helpful. DD's was just around the corner. Nothing wrong with your coffee but we like Dunkins. Had a good stay.

I think for the price everything was good. We were celebrating our 54th anniversary and enjoyed our visit.

The facility appeared to be brand new and was impeccably clean. The bed was quite comfortable, and despite being just off of the elevator, it was quiet there.

The complimentary breakfast could have been better, even for the budget I expect you set for this level of hotel service. The bacon appeared to be oven baked and not crisped at all afterwards, which I do not like at all. Instead of those cheeses omelets made on a form, I would prefer to see a baked omelet.

The breakfast was perfect. The staff was amazing. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where everyone that worked there was so happy and smiling all the time. It appeared as though they were happy to be working there. The pool was very nice. The water was just the perfect temperature. I like my pool water warm. The room we stayed in was very spacious.

Nothing it was perfect

Holiday Inn Express has consistently delivered beyond our expectations. Large, clean room with very large and comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. 5 minute drive to the Shopping outlets. We arrived very early and the women at the desk helpfully let us check in early.

My only (small) complaint is that the fitness room did not have dumbbells (the other Holiday Inn Express we stayed at did have them).
