The location is very good; the hotel is not in town but is a short drive into town. The rooms have everything you need, great tvs, comfortable beds and different levels of privacy (screens etc.) so that you can let in light but not other guests. WiFi worked well. For Free breakfast (nice amt of time) there are quite a few choices--cold and hot. Great waffle maker! Toasted bagels AND English muffins, regular OR reduced fat butter, peanut butter+, cream cheese really good too. Eggs and sausage ok, but hard boiled egg and sausage make a great sandwich! And the coffee is surprisingly good too.

Walking access is somewhat limited.

The breakfast was very good and well-stocked. Staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and convenient.

A train or big rig could be heard humming for long periods of time when I was trying to sleep. When I was leaving I got soaked from heavy rain; the exit doors near where I had to park had no awnings or little roofs to protect from the rain so my luggage and I were immediately soaked while entering/exiting. Also, I had to drive with soaking wet shoes because the parking lot had lots of puddles.

The location was very convenient right in Brunswick and easy to get to. Perfect and the rates were reasonable especially for the season we were in. The breakfast was excellent and I really like the lemon water that they do- never stop doing that. I love how the staff were on top of the cleaning and making sure rooms were tidy everyday. I also love the outside porch area seating area- if there is ever an expansion another extension of an outdoor seating area would be lovely.

I wish the rooms and beds were slightly bigger including the bathroom area as well. Also some directing signs would be helpful- it was very easy to get lost either at an exit door or go the wrong area- the loop of rooms is confusing and easy to get lost in. Also it seemed like the doors stayed open at night- in terms of safety I wasn’t sure if the labeled doors got closed or not at night.

Location was very convenient -- just off route 1. The proprietor and staff were very friendly and helpful. We were on the ground floor next to the breakfast area, so there was a little bit of noise in the morning, but The room was big, clean, and had a comfortable king bed. Also had a refrigerator and microwave. Very nice. The free breakfast was standard for this type of hotel (e.g. Comfort Inn, Quality Inn, Hampton Inn) -- premade cheese omelet from a box, precooked sausages a la McDonalds, oatmeal, bagels/English muffins, OJ from a spigot, cereal/milk, yogurt, fruit cups in syrup, coffee. Finally, I liked the "countryesque" layout of the lobby with a real fireplace. The price was around $205 with tax which would be high in most places, but compared to other hotels during this Maine high season, it was low/reasonable.

Room was large and clean and bed was comfortable. The room was furnished with a desk and chair, an armchair and a fridge and microwave which were nice for an extended stay. Blackout blinds worked well. Heat could be adjusted as we liked it and TV with HDMI port was very useful for streaming. Friday and Saturday afternoon soups and free printing any time were plusses. Staff and particularly breakfast staff were very friendly and capable. We liked the live potted plants and appreciated the availability of tea and coffee all day. Hotel was very convenient to Brunswick.

I stayed with my service dog in the king room. My service dog was welcomed without a problem, and everyone was very nice to both of us. They respected my need to have him not be addressed, unless asking me first (I do let him be pet, after asking bc he knows and is very good about waiting until I say okay, go visit, or no, if it's a bad time, like when I'm in too much pain), which I very much appreciate! (My pain and weakness from back related issues and fibromyalgia, which is what I have him to help me with, makes it hard on me if people just go up to him and start petting him, without asking. Fortunately, most people are respectful of this and ask.😊) Awesome, friendly staff!! There is a pretty grassy and wooded area out back to walk my dog and for his potty breaks. It also has a picnic table there. The bed was very comfy and also has a comfortable chair with ottoman to sit in for watching TV. It was very clean and quiet. I forgot my favorite soft synthetic feather-like pillows at home and was worried bc standard hard or flat pillows, like are sometimes in motels, make my neck stiff and then I don't sleep well, but the ones there were exactly like mine, and super comfy, to my relief!! The included buffet breakfast was very good, and the dining area has plenty of tables and a tv. Note: the coffee there is better than the room packet coffee and was enjoyable. We didn't use it bc we were busy doing other things, but the lobby has a cozy fireplace nook that I saw others enjoying. I came up for the Gardens Aglow and stayed here 2 enjoyable nights. Gardens Aglow is absolutely amazing! It was a very wonderful trip, with many gorgeous beach areas, shops and restaurants, all within close proximity. I will definitely be back soon!! 😁

Nothing. Everything was great!

The property was very nice and clean. The room was beautiful and comfortable with many nice features including plenty of convenient outlets for charging phones and laptops, a mini fridge and microwave. Clean bathroom with plenty of towels and the hot water was hot.

We were rudely awoken by the very loud sound of a snow plow repeatedly slamming against and then dragging across the pavement right outside our window. We were hoping to sleep later but it was impossible to get back to sleep because of the noise. There was barely an inch of snow on the ground so the plowing that early in the morning was completely unnecessary. It really soured what could have been a nice stay.

My wife and I stay exclusively at this motel frequently for both work and leisure and find it wonderful.

Our only concern is that I feel it is just plain wrong that you raise the prices so much (or at all) during the summer “Maine tourist season.” Your loyal-most guests shouldn’t have to be hurt when we’ve given you so much of our money over the years.

The breakfast was very nice, exceeded expectations. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room was clean, bathroom stocked, and water pressure was great

Could use a port for charging phones. A simple 5 dollar charging port plugged into an outlet in each room would be helpful ;) We found one at the Dollar tree nearby so wasn't a game changer and had no other issues.

Check-in/out were prompt and uneventful like they should be. Overall feeling was nice with fall decorations and warm atmosphere. Inn was neat and breakfast was taken care of nicely until the end with top-ups and cleaning. The room itself was clean although little worn. Enough of parking space.

Location was a bit noisy with the road (Main st) right under our windows. Had I known this I would have asked for a room facing the backyard parking lot. Floor to floor carpet ought to go and be replaced with more hygienic and less dusting material.
