Location was nice. Also, Michelle, the restaurant manager, was very helpful in showing us where the building and room location was. Was hoping for an ocean view from our room.

Initially, misinformed on location of room. Wasted an hour and a half before we could get settled into our room. There are no elevators for seniors to get to on the second floor rooms. In our room, there was no ground plugs for their microwave and coffee maker. Had to use the bathroom outlet for charging my computer laptop as it also has a ground plug. (Three prong plug.) Check out was very slow due to waiting for information of our credit on our Resort gift card.

The staff was the best. From check in through check out every single staff we encountered was smiling and helpful. they wanted to make sure we we were happy. the beds were so comfortable. i wish i could have had time to sleep a whole day away. they offered to move us to another room when we were afraid the dogs in the room were going to be an issue. But we stayed and everything was fine.

They’re in need of updating. Especially the bathroom. Mold in the shower. the sheetrock around the shower is moldy and gross looking.

I liked the opportunity to be outdoors and take walks right on the property. The pool was fabulous! We had a harbor view with balcony. The room is why I booked my stay at Sebasco. The breakfast was excellent, many choices, and reasonably priced. The views, the views! Indoor space was really nice, too.

We are very easy and undemanding travelers. It took a couple of days to get a box of tissues. We asked three times for towels and had to re-use them, which is ok from an environmental standpoint. We were there for four nights. We had coffee for two nights. Getting more was difficult. We are up before the restaurant opens. It must be hard to get resort help, we get it. Overall I would recommend your resort. It reminded me of a current and up to date resort similar to the ones in the Catskills on the 20th century, but nicer! Great place for a family stay.

First time to Maine. Husband, kids, and I had a great time! Reminded you of a old school movie from the '80's with game room, bikes, ice cream window! Staff was friendly and helpful especially Melanie, pool attendent David and his sister at front desk. Pool was great. The kids didn't want to leave it! The views of the water were gorgeous!! We ran out of time to rent kayaks this time. Would definitely go back! Our room was clean but bathroom definitely needs an upgrade and scrub down which I think new management said they were in process of doing. Restaurant was good! Popham State Becah is 15 minutes away. Absolutely beautiful there! Trees, huge rocks, tide pools everywhere. Small admission fee for beach. Thank you Sebasbo Harbor for an amazing time!

My grand daughter is 7 and she took full advantage of the pool, the activities, and she found the counselors warm, approachable and fun. We did not expect such a complete children’s program. The pub food was very good and our waiter from British Virgin Island made us feel very special. We enjoyed the stay immensely and will be back next year.

Pool a bit small. Booking.com kept sending us incorrect information telling us our reservation was changed. The resort assured us our reservation had not been changed. Booking. Com was wrong and they were persistent.

Didn’t have breakfast, but had dinner in the Ledges. It was good but not amazing. The sole was a little dry with too much breading, but otherwise the food was good, but slow (45 minutes), before we were served. Very busy!

The room was very quiet and nice to have a little refrigerator for our supplies. We would definitely stay in the lighthouse again!

The location is fantastic! Great activities - biking, swimming, kayaking, tennis etc. The staff at the reception and the restaurant were wonderful. Friendly and helpful.

Room updates needed. No space in the bathroom for any toiletries. The shower not good - water pressure very bad. No service to change towels. More attention to cleaning rooms.

The breakfast was adequate. Like a chain hotel, but with linen, plates and silverware. The view from the dining area makes the breakfast. My selections from the buffet were barely warm.

We ordered a meal from the Ledges Restaurant to take away to our room. I must say it was stone cold (the walk from the restaurant to our room was not that long). Between that and the breakfast, would be lovely to see some improvement in the cooking. The pricing, however, was reasonable.

This place was a little paradise with a pool with a dreamy view, great food & drinks, bikes & activities for the kids. Claudine from the reception went above and beyond to help my 12 year old son when he needed to find me to sign a waiver to take a bike out. She literally changed his entire day for the better.

the hot buffet breakfast was unexpected but very good! [when i hear "continental" I don't think eggs and bacon!] the big disappointment was no fireworks on site for the 4th ): so nice to have a restaurant to walk to and enjoy --- our server, Bridgette, was so animated and very personable!!

think about different mattresses? we prefer a very firm mattress and so it was a bit soft for us. otherwise, the main lodge rooms and common areas were tastefully furnished and attractive----
