I received a questionnaire from the hotel shortly after our December stay and answered the same questions. And the hotel staff responded. We were in Amsterdam in last April, 2024. We passed "booking.com's" world HQ many times on the water.Impressive structure!!"

The ONLY negative was the horribly LOUD heating blower for the swimming pool area!! So loud, a conversation was difficult, as was a desire for some quiet time while swimming and exercising in the late evening. POOR PLANNING BY THE DESIGN TEAM IN HEATING THE POOL ROOM!!! A QUIET SERIES OF FLOOR HEATING PANELS WOULD BE FAR SUPERIOR & EVER SO QUIET!!

Our overnight stay here was amazing. I am an avid traveler, and to say this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in is not an exaggeration. From walking in the door, the service and exceptional welcome we felt was uplifting. Our suite was very clean and large and provided everything we needed and more. The breakfast was so very good with several offerings for every taste. The morning breakfast attendants were welcoming and kind. We will be staying here for all of our bi-annual northern trips from now on. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone needing to stay in the area. 5 stars and more! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The rooms were spacious, the bed was comfortable, it had a walk in shower, the staff was AMAZING!! We came in on a Friday and they had warm cookies. So good! And gave us each a bottle of water. We have been to many hotels and this one in our opinion was the best one so far!! Breakfast was so good!!

I can't say we didn't like something although I wish they had hand held shower arms or whatever they call them. Lol

The pool was amazing - stepped right in!! The breakfast had a nice variety of foods. The couch with the foot rest was so very comfortable - I sat there through two movies! The shower was very roomy. The kitchen was amazing. You could store a week's worth of groceries in there if you had to. There was even a dishwasher! It has all the comforts of home.

Nothing - they have it all.

The toilet would not stop running and the ac/heater was loud. Also the couch was close to the kitchen counter and I hit my head on it sitting down.

The set up for breakfast was a little inconvenient. It should be spread out more so if one person is getting something it’s not blocking each tray. Good food otherwise

We needed a separate room and so this worked out well. It was spacious and well appointed. I love the concept with kitchen and such. The breakfast was very good. The staff at the front desk were helpful and managed to give us a room in the back corner.

It is RIGHT on a highway which can be convenient, but it is not quiet if you face that way. We were lucky to get to change our room to one that was quieter.

I had to leave early for work 5 AM so I didn’t get to have breakfast. My husband and son both enjoyed their breakfast at 630 before they went off to work and school.

The pool was visibly dirty, and left us with a rash. The floor in our room was sticky. The futon mattress didn’t have a fitted sheet and was stained.

This property was very welcoming right when you walked up. Very bright and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room/suite was very spacious and had a sizable bathroom and kitchen. In the morning they had a generous continental breakfast layout.

IT was delicious. Each item.

What horrifies me is that your sister hotel in Boston is hostessing a Satanic group this weekend. With all the evil n the world, and influence of Satan and his minions, I would think that a reputable hotel chain such as yours, would stay clear of such entities. Anyone who denies the evil spirits and their influence in the world, is living in ignorance.

The room (suite) spaciousness was excellent and the bed and pillows for great for a good night's sleep. The front desk staff was awesome and a big help.

The breakfast was fairly average and the coffee was only lukewarm.
