The location is perfect and the views were amazing. The room was comfortable with three people. The shower had a handle if you have a mobility issue. You can sit out on the deck and enjoy the view. The staff are so friendly especially at the front desk near room 229. They could not do enough for me. I loved Greta and the other receptionist. I just can’t remember her name and she asked about my knee every day. Thank you both for your kindness and your smiles. I will be back again to see you. We had the best vacation and I spent my birthday dinner at Coastal Prime.

We were on the second floor and the hotel in our building did not have an elevator. There are 15 steps to the second floor.

The building was older and in need of updating but was well cared for- clean rooms. Our room was quite spacious. The location was convenient to the walking bridge across the harbor to the small village which put you in close proximity to the village with shops and restaurants but made for a quieter, more relaxing stay.

The ad described the facility as including a fitness center, but upon arrival we were told the fitness center was for the sister property that abutted our hotel. However, the staff accommodated us and provided access to the fitness center. They were gracious about that but could not explain the advertised description of the hotel amenities.

Stephanie was very kind and helpful when we registered. Breakfast was not available at this time. Coffee, Tea and Juices were available 24/7. That was NOT a deal breaker. The front desk at the Boothbay Harbor Inn gave us a list of local breakfast restaurants and had knowledge of the quality of the food, as well as the service. In addition, Grete drew a map as to where these restaurants were located. We ate at the Blue Moon Cafe and the food was delicious. She was able to recommend 3 restaurants for our evening meal. Her recommendation was spot on and we had a wonderful experience at McSeagall Restaurant. There was no elevator. When we explained that we needed assistance carrying our luggage Greta immediately offered to help us. We had a pleasant, fun conversation throughout the interaction. After she brought our bags into the room she asked if there was anything else that she could assist us with. There was nothing more at that time.. We thought there was an issue with the air conditioner. When we shared our concern Linnie came up with us immediately to our room and determined that the air conditioner was working properly. The switch by the door offered heat or cold air depending on it's position. Throughout the interaction Linnie maintained a fun, comfortable conversation. My companion needed to have the room be very cold for her comfort. I did not. Once we shared that with Linnie she returned within a few minutes with another blanket. The location was amazing. We were next to the bridge so within a few minutes we were in downtown Boothbay Harbor. The room was very nice; clean, sheets smelled fresh, nice towels and we had a a small balcony off of our room with comfortable seating.

Every aspect of our stay at the Boothbay Harbor Inn were AMAZING!! We are planning a return visit next year and will be staying at the Boothbay Harbor Inn. There were no issues through out our stay.

we were suprised that there was not a breakfast included this year. ( we hadn't stayed in a few years). It is such a beautiful spot (especially if you enjoy sunsets) We watched the fireworks on the lawn, perfect spot. The footbridge gave my husband and I easy access over to the Pier to meet family and enjoy the atmosphere. Will be back again next year! The hotel staff are super helpful and very welcoming. Highly recommend.

bring back the breakfast, it was so convenient to grab coffee and a danish before heading out for the day

Location ,and it was clean,nicely laid out.Room smelled fresh appreciate that they had wooden floors and not carpeting . Rooms were also well insulated for sound didn't hear the people above or next door to us! That's a huge plus!

Parking lot very tight. There was confusion about when the room was ready they were to call us but never did as ok we went to back to the desk an hour later and was told it had been ready for hours? Gym was available to us to use but we only found out after we check out if I had known I would of definitely used it!

We had a lovely stay at Boothbay Harbor Inn. The location couldn’t have been more ideal—just steps from the harbor and within easy reach of local shops and restaurants. It made exploring the area both convenient and enjoyable. Our room was spotless. The check-in staff were such kind and welcoming ladies—gracious from the moment we arrived and checked out, which set the tone for a peaceful and pleasant stay. The overall experience reflected the quiet charm that will keep us coming back to Boothbay Harbor.

Amazing location right at the footbridge to downtown! Spectacular views of the harbor, very walkable without having to drive or worry about parking.

The check in staff wasn't overly friendly or helpful. We were quickly given a key and room number, and it wasn't the easiest to find but all worked out. Our room was great but we found a few big juicy brown spiders! There were limited outlets and the appliances were all unplugged, and the lights flickered quite a bit.

Great location, walkable to the center of town while still in a calmer location with plenty of onsite parking. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. Front desk staff were very kind. Overall, good value and simple comfort.

Walls and sound protection were very thin. Could hear guests in a different hotel across the parking lot having a party throughout the night, and could hear other noises of guests above me. If I stayed again I would bring earplugs or another way to cancel/block noise.

The view across the harbour was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, and I liked the toiletries provided.

The hotel is tired and dated, especially in the reception area. The room was a good size with plenty of drawer space but there was no facility for hanging clothes. I was a little disappointed with the standard of the hotel for the price.

The staff was outstanding in particular Cheryl. Our room was great, view of the harbor. We were close to the walking bridge to town which was wonderful & convenient. Loved all the chairs all over the property. You could sit there at night with a glass of wine and watch the sunset or a cup of coffee in the morning & watch the lobstermen
