The room was amazing. The decor was different than any other hotel I’ve stayed at. The walls thick and sound proof (no listening to neighbors fighting, snoring or loud children). Absolutely spotless. Located next to the Dinner Theater where the entertainment was fantastic and the food excellent. The staff always had smiles and a friendly attitude. And a heated pool. Can’t say enough good. Going back next summer.

The only thing we didn’t like was no fault of the staff. We had neighbors that exhibited zero control over their very loud, disruptive children who ran back and forth, screaming, down the walkway outside our room starting at 7:30am until close to 9am. The parents were laughing at them and actually encouraging them. Most of us on that floor came out of our rooms mad. And the parents continued to let the kids do it over and over. Note to parents: please teach your children consideration for others. And if you can’t do that, keep them in your room until time to leave. The disrespect to other lodgers was unconscionable.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, and quiet room. Useful resources, guides to the area. Grounds were well kept with numerous chairs and tables. The outside pool is clean and maintained. Walkable distance to Waterfront, approx 0.5 miles. Will stay again, this is my second trip. Great value for area.

Continental breakfast offered a lot of choices. However, the seats were not clean, a little shabby. Saw very little staff. I definitely think staff should have been m, more visible, stocking and cleaning, and potentially welcoming and greeting patrons. The kids loved the pool, and we appreciated that we could have some great family time in the pool. Also appreciated towels being available at poolside. The free breakfast was beyond what we expected for no charge. The food was plentiful and well presented (great coffee) and enough variety for adults and kids alike. Proximity to the shops and restaurants was a bonus as well.

Small item, but larger beds would be good traveling with kids, but it was certainly adequate. And the price was right!

The room and grounds were clean and well kept. Management was very helpful and keen to please. Free breakfast was available and a good start to the day. Free trolley into the harbor was available nearby. Also grocery store nearby

Property had experienced a destructive fire nearly a year ago. They were still in the recovery process. Pool area was open and very clean. Hot tub was still in need of repair but should be ready next season

The location is great, a 5 minute drive to downtown. The room was really clean and the beds were comfortable. Grounds were well kept with plenty of outside seating.

Though not their fault, the pool was out of order due to a fire. It would have been nice to know beforehand. Also, breakfast was not great. There weren't any plates to put the pastries on, or tongs to pick anything up. I used a napkin, but others were using their hands, not sanitary. Also, I work at a hotel and when I check someone in, I explain breakfast hours, pool hours etc. That would have been helpful.

We loved the heated pool! The beds were also very comfortable. I would recommend others to stay here. I do really wish their breakfast was longer than just two hours though. Overall we are very happy with out stay.

We were not happy that breakfast was only 7AM to 9AM. We never got a chance to even see it. The chair in the room had a bunch of stains on it, which was gross. The paint is peeling pretty badly in the bathroom too and looks unclean. For over $200 a night, I would say that stuff should have been taken care of.

The cleaning lady came in the day after we checked in. We had garbage in one basket. Had a couple of towels we used by the sink. I believe the towels we use were put back with the clean. (They looked used) The beds were not made and we had no personal items on the bed. Made me nervous about housekeeping

A very comfortable and convenient stay for a long weekend getaway! The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was gracious. We didn't get to use the pool but it looked lovely. The breakfast was an added bonus, very good, and very appreciated.

The only negative was that the over the bed lights didn't work. That would have been nice to have working.

The Location was perfect. Not too far from downtown and the area is quiet for relaxing. The continental breakfast was very good, lots of food choices. Would be nice to have some fruit there also. The staff was so nice, friendly and courteous. Looking forward to returning and staying in the furture.

Very convenient and clean.

The remote for the tv was so slow to respond that I almost gave up, thinking it was not working. Maybe it needed new batteries? I didn't like that the included breakfast was not a quick 'grab and go' option next door, but instead they gave us a voucher for a place downtown. While the restaurant in town was very good, it also seemed popular and crowded, and my seating was hot and uncomfortable. I wish I'd known this prior to booking.
