The beautIful siting of the rooms overlooking Linekin Bay, the manicured lawns and gardens, interspersed with natural granite ledges are simply gorgeous. The Staff are caring and ready to address any guest needs or questions. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The restaurant food was excellent, reasonably priced, and far superior to most resorts. The activities and amenities appeal to all ages. Boating on the bay and hiking in the Booth Bay area are icing on the cake!

This was our third stay, so obviously we love being there. Linekin Building has balconies looking directly over the river that feeds the bay. We spend a lot of time there. Rooms are very spacious. The buffet breakfast is wonderful and the dining room food is excellent.

We had a heat wave and there was no air conditioning. Something that we never needed before. They had a paddle fan. So that helped.

Great location and great views, secluded area but close to town and the harbor. Very friendly and helpful staff, great amenities- swimming pool, kayaks, boats, docks for fishing and swimming, very good food at the restaurant and full breakfast included

Room was freshly updated but could use a better cleaning. Also very little flat screen TV and no place to sit in the room, except for one armchair - it would be nice to have a small table with a couple of chairs or a couch The whole resort was pretty dark at night- very few lights across the place

Beautiful views outside of the main section of town. Food and drinks at the restaurant were very good as was the buffet breakfast. Pool is large and deep with spectacular views of the bay.

Bed slightly uncomfortable. Lack of seating available within our room, only one small chair so I had to sit on the bed if we spent anytime in the room. Room was large enough to accommodate a small seating area.

Staff not very responsive. Wanted another night to be added but they seemed disinterested in helping so we left and went somewhere else. Needlessly lost our business when they had plenty of rooms. Maybe it was us. Still don’t get it.

Lovely location, terrific staff, very comfortable ground floor room-12-that was perfectly equipped, modern and clean. Spacious and huge bed. Being on the ground floor you can walk right outside to gaze at the amazing views of small islands and boats. Very atmospheric.

Motel type basic furnishings, no place in room for unpacking suitcases, one chair per room, rooms not properly soundproofed, minimal plastic bathtub without hand shower, limited menu for dinner with food that did not taste fresh. Breakfast though was much better than dinner!

The breakfast was exceptional. The staff were amazing. They had kayaks, canoes and sail boats available. It was very clean. They had a heated pool and plenty of outdoor seating choices. Our room was huge. It had a separate living room.

The bed was too firm. The resturant was too expensive. We would have eaten there if it was more reasonable and toned down fare.

The location was beautiful. Property well maintained. Breakfast buffet outstanding. View from waterfront units just perfect

Accidentally had circuit breaker off our first night and we froze without heat. Fixed first thing in the morning and all was good

Lots of activities included free: boat ride, paddleboarding, kayaking, pickleball, etc. Excellent breakfast. Outstanding rooms with bay view and large balcony, easy access to town.
