The breakfast was nice in many ways. There's a lot I can't eat (dairy and gluten), but the coffee was good, and I especially liked the fresh fruit. The granola and muesli were a nice touch. Lots of nuts in the granola. The room was very nice as was the bed and bedding. Nice cover. I LOVED the garden. I also liked the way they welcomed me in advance.

I bought an omelette but thought it didn't taste that great, and I couldn't eat the potato things. They were greasy, and I didn't like the smell of the grease. The elevator floor could use a new one and they could polish the wood on the walls. That made a bit of a bad impression. I was excited about the jets in the tub, but they're not operational, and the tub was a bit large and scary to get in and out of and I think a nice shower head instead of hand-held would be better.

This hotel was much nicer / less aged in person than the online photos suggested to me. The lobby and seating areas were very nice and we loved the little touches like afternoon tea and treats. The included breakfast was very good and varied, excellent pastries and granola. I appreciated that you could also choose to pay for hot foods in addition if you wanted. All staff were very friendly. The location was excellent, walkable to all the shops and a quick 8 min drive to the breweries. My children enjoyed the small indoor pool. The beds were comfortable and having robes was nice.

I would have liked to have a separate mirror to help get ready in the morning outside the bathroom for ease of sharing with 4 people. The full length mirror in the bathroom was directly opposite the toilet, which made for a weird experience using the toilet.

The location was great. Afternoon tea was a nice touch. Though the initial allocation of rooms were not close they changed it on registration to give us two rooms near each other. The pool was lovely and very quiet. We liked the recycling bin in the room. The rooms were good the beds were comfortable and there were ample charging points.

The breakfast was average - there was a variation in the provision of the continental brekafast - it did not encourage us to go back for other meals. The hot water was very variable and generally gave tepid showers. In 5 days stay there was never a day when we both managed to get a hot shower.

Beautiful setting and extremely well-appointed hotel. Rooms with all those fine touches we used to expect but rarely find anymore. Free, easy parking. Walk to restaurants (and an excellent restaurant in-house). Accommodating staff (found and saved my gold watch for me that I'd left behind). Free wifi throughout. Good-sized frig in rooms. Comfortable beds. Lovely afternoon 'tea/coffee/snacks/pastries' in main floor sitting room. Easy walk to all Freeport shops. Easy access off Rte 295. QUIET! Beautiful grounds. Comfortable quiet temp control in rooms. Can't say enough about what a great place to stay this was. Larger than normal pool. Good gym room.

Great central location. Rooms spacious and inviting. Pool crystal clear and robes & slippers available for our use. Lounge warm and comfortable with snacks at 3:30. Breakfast superb with choice of free continental &/or additional purchases. Food was delicious and service prompt and personal. Bed was comfortable, and two wing chairs in the room made it easy to read or watch tv without having to use the bed. Staff warm and friendly. Best place we ever stayed!

Nothing. It was perfect!

Great family friendly hotel! We stayed in a townhouse, which was on the far end of the property. We loved all the space and even had our own washer and dryer. The breakfast had cereal, granola, yogurt, muffins, breads, fruit, and coffee. You could pay extra for a hot option, like eggs, pancakes, or corned beef hash. We loved the tea time snacks and the s’mores!

The townhouse was outdated and not decorated at all.

We liked everything about The Harraseeket Inn: the staff, the comfort, the cleanliness, the location , the food and dining facilities, the common spaces with fireplaces and well appointed furniture.

Booking.com because they led me to believe my two night stay had been accepted, reserved and confirmed when in fact the Inn was full the second night of the reservation. Fortunately the Inn offered other accommodation but I wont be using Booking.com again.

The H. Inn is in a Great Location. An EASY Walk in to Freeport Shops! Room 109 had a bath/shower that was TOOO Hard for me to use... so we were Quickly Shifted to the Lovely 221 that had a bath/shower that was Much Easier to get in to. THANKS!! The Buffet Breakfast was Also GREAT. Great Service....and a HUGE Variety to Choose From.. The Manager at the Broad Arrow Tavern Bar REMOVED our Food Cost on Mon. night because of our Problem with Sun. night's Dinner. Much Appreciated!!

The Broad Arrow Tavern is NOT as Good as it was when we stayed at the H. Inn before. The Menu didn't have as much Choice as previously. And SERVICE was POOR. They NEEDED More Staff. Our Dinner... a Bowl of Clam Chowder & a Burger.. was left on the 'Kitchen's Bench' and COOL when Finally Served. SO.. we sent back the Burger. Very Disappointing!!

Beautiful Inn. Warm and comfortable environment. Two fireplaces and an outdoor fire pit always burning. Comfortable pillows and beds. Large bathroom. Extra amenities for people staying there. For example, free afternoon tea and movie night in the parlor on Tuesday and Wednesday nights with popcorn and soda. Friendly staff, great coffee and breakfast. Location is within walking distance to all the shops on Main Street and the outlets. Large, free parking lot behind the Inn.

The heated pool wasn’t heating properly while I was there, however, someone was working on fixing it. Would have been nice if they had a sauna.

The breakfast features multiple choices of items that met my expectations.

I booked a room through booking.com. I purchased the last remaining king size bed. Upon checkin, that room was not available and the management remarked that booking.com frequently features rooms that are NOT available. The management did offer us another option(king size), however in a pet friendly room option. Room still had odors of pets.
