There was a lot I liked. Room was clean and modern. Bed was comfy. It was in a very good location. Very short drive to store, liquor, restaurants, tourist areas and the Interstate. A pub/craft brewery across the road made exceptional beer and food and had a nice patio. There is an outdoor patio type area with furniture (and I think a BBQ) that groups could use to chill and socialize at the hotel.

The flower beds would really add some appeal to this place if there was more work done with them. A little on the pricey side for a normal overnight stop but cheaper than most in the area.

Very accommodating, clean, quiet, safe stay. My stay began as a solo visit but my son's flight was canceled and the owner very kindly changed our room to a 2 bed. Very nice owners/staff. Clean, quiet room, good continental breakfast. Convenient to Portland Jetport especially if you prefer to be outside Portland, as I did.

Our only complaints are too soft pillows and somewhat limited TV options, but that is it!!

The hotel is a bit old but well-maintained. The room and bathroom were clean, and the beds were comfortable. They offer breakfast, though we didn’t try it. There’s plenty of free parking available.

A few minor issues: when we first entered the room, there was a slight odor, possibly from the carpet, but we got used to it after a while. Also, the 10 am checkout time was a bit inconvenient since we checked in late and wanted a good night's sleep - 11 am would have been a better option.

It was a short drive to LL Bean main store (open 24/7) and outlet stores (more normal hours). AC worked fine. Staff was friendly. Offered coffee, tea, juices, fruit, cereals, and muffins, etc., for continental breakfast.

Some minor repairs (wood trim & bathroom door) would really spruce up the room’s appearance. Otherwise it was nice.

The family that runs the Inn was exceptionally nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and whole atmosphere very lovely and charming. There are comfortable sitting areas outside, easy breakfast every morning, and great location.

We were looking for vending machines, but there were some things (juices, tea or coffee) available in the breakfast area at other times, which was nice.

Comfortable and clean room. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was provided, but limited choices if any one has allergies. There was no gluten-free cereal or bread and no dairy free options. It would be good if they could provide some Cheerios or some instant oatmeal. The fruit and cold boiled eggs were good.

The staff were friendly, efficient, courteous and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was convenient , had an adequate selection, and was offered by 7AM (which enabled me to get an early start).

The coffee was machine based and ok but could be improved.

Coulnt find stairs to 2nd floor way not marked clearly Had 2 shampoos and no conditioner Tv one channel. No indication of reception no on phone.

Beautiful location with front porch overlooking the harbour. Easy access to restaurants and national park. Quiet with very little traffic in the area.

The beds were extremely comfortable. We loved that we could open the window as so few hotels are set up for that any more. As a result, I heard an owl hooting in the night.

The WiFi kept kicking out of service.
