I like most the environment, the suuroundings, and the approximity.. Freeport is a shopping destination and a great place to relax.

I did not like the bathroom, especially flashing wayer system looks old. I did not appreciate the foods for it is totally JUNK FOOD..indeed, I was charged a $20.00 fee hold in case something broken. Nothing was broken, but still did not get my Refund. It is a kind of strange. I will follow up with the hotel's property manager in case I did not get my Refund., or I will get in touch with Booking.com customer service.

Whenever we return to Freeport, we stay at this hotel because of our past great experiences. It is exactly what we are looking for. Clean, comfortable, convenient and staff is accommodating and professional.

There was a group there at the same time. We went to the breakfast area and saw a woman with a bag full of hotel towels and a roll of the hotel's toilet paper. She stole from the hotel and flaunted it. We were pretty shocked over the blatant thievery. Had nothing to do with your staff or organization. Just thought I'd mention it - don't know what has happened to society. Thanks

Everything was perfectly fine. In comparison to other hotels in bigger cities it was just a dream. The area around is nice and quiet and you are close to small shops and restaurants. Free coffee all day!

The breakfast is typically American. The variety was limited but it was okay. Actually I was unsure about 24/7 reception service - we had a fire alarm (which was false alarm but still…) the firefighters came and no one from the reception reached out to us. It was not a big deal but I was confused that no one was at the reception when we were allowed to go inside again.

We didn't have the breakfast so cannot comment. The front of house lady at reception was so friendly and welcoming. She did a great job of checking us in, and quickly dealing with an access card issue we were having. She is an asset- you don't often get this any more at hotels! Every customer was dealt with in an unrushed and friendly manner. Bravo to her!

Carpets could do with updating or cleaning-bit of a funky smell

The agent was friendly and check-in was smooth. First impression when going to our room was met with dirty carpets in the corridors, the rooms had been re-done though and were clean. The breakfast was a nice convenience with a good selection.

Check in was extremely easy. During breakfast the following morning the cafe attendant Sherry was extremely friendly. When she realized my niece was gluten free she offered my sister gluten free toast. Besides the pool this was a highlight for my niece! To me it was thoughtful and kind. Something our world could use more of!

Staff was friendly responsive, and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and quick. A decent selection was offered. Loved that it was in walking distance to Shaws.

Pool area was unbearably hot, although the pool was not. Would like more than one washer/dryer set. Was hard to get one load done due to other guests leaving laundry unattended long after being finished; although I appreciate that it was open around the clock.

It was convenient to downtown shopping area and many restaurant choices very close by. Staff was friendly and welcoming!

I wish breakfast had a non dairy option that was subsequent. Fruit is great but all the main foods were either made with cheese or milk.

Breakfast was better than expected. Style of eggs was different each day, and sausage on Sunday. Free coffee and tea all day was appreciated. The kitchen staff were friendly.The desk help were friendly and supplied us with towels and room supplies when we asked, since there was no daily service.

The nightly rate was a bit high considering there was no daily maid service. The space from one bed to the wall was tight and could have used a nightstand. The toilet was very low to the floor, us elderly need a higher seat.

Breakfast was very good, the choices of foods varied each day. The breakfast area was very clean and the attendant was very good keeping the area clean and stocked with food.

Only changed towels every other day. They were also supposed to restock and make the bed every other day, but our bed was not made up during our stay. Not nice.
