We stayed here for about a week while visiting family. The room was a good size, and the shower was amazing. Staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. The pool was nice, and included a hot tub. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of options to choose from including hot foods (eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles) The breakfast seating area was huge. I would absolutely be staying here again.

When we arrived there was a sign on the counter stating there was no wifi, but they were working to repair it. When I asked how long it had been down the clerk said for about a week.... I was a little worried about it at first because we were staying for a week, but we had so much to do outside of the hotel, it didn't affect us too much. Another bummer was the hot tub jets didn't work. The water was still pretty warm, just no jets. Also, when we first arrived to the room the bed blankets were VERY wrinkly. It was a bit of a turn off, but certainly not a deal breaker. With all that said, I really enjoyed this hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

Location was good for what we wanted to do. Suite that we were given was directly above the lobby. Bed was comfortable, and the rooms were clean. Large car park, with plenty of space. free parking, was able to use the self service laundry room to catch up on our washing.

Unfortunately, on our first of two nights, the smoke detectors in our room went off at about 01:00 in the morning for absolutely no apparent reason. 😖 obviously woke us up, and although staff fixed the problem, water was leaking in through the smoke detector onto our bedroom floor, causing a wet and slippery floor, which fortunately was not carpeted. Took a long time to get back to sleep! 😔 On our arrival, we found the coffee machine that was provided in our room was defective, and we had to contact reception to obtain a replacement that worked.

Bkfst was great tho the room for dining was full of flie Everything was clean tho the room smelled of old smoke and was not appreciated.

The phone in the room to be used if we needed something did not work. My husband had to go down to the desk to report what sounded like a some detector alarming down the hall from us. No one showed up to investigate for 3 hours and the alarm rang all that time. Real safe for your guests!!!!!

Breakfast was great for a hotel. Staff in the morning was very friendly . Bed was extremely comfortable! Great nights sleep.

Vending machine (drinks) was not accepting credit cards. I wanted bottled water for my 2 year old. I asked if there was complimentary bottled water but I was told No, only water fountain. I had no cash so tap water only. Also the refrigerator was leaking some type of sticky fluid onto the floor. Also In The shower there was black mold under a shelf where you would set soap .

The room exceeded my expectations. The hotel was very clean. Checking-in staff was pleasant.

Was not told upfront about the refundable charge added to my room. I signed the receipt confirmation showing one charge, which was the base price without the taxes. Checked my bank statement(for another reason) and noticed that I was charged more than what was on the digital receipt. Call the hotel and they were nice enough to explain the extra charge. It will be refunded to me with 7-14 business days. Please check the battery in the smoke detector for Room 221. It started going off around 1am/2am. It's not something you want to hear while sleeping.

The hotel was easily accessible

It wasn't as clean as we expected with this brand. Very dirty floors. Also needed some repairs in the bathroom!! Cracked toilet. Caulking missing in spots on the tile. Filthy windows. No sheers at the window (makes the place look cheap and at $250 for one night this is not a cheap hotel)

Breakfast was early and ready for persons participating in Seagull Century.

Fire alarm sounded caused by someone smoking pot in room. On the plus side staff were very quick to investigate. Don’t know how they can monitor everyone’s activity. Unfortunate some don’t follow rules.

Everything it was a wonderful day with my family the breakfast, the room, the pool, the front desk the man that was working, who is very, very friendly. I just all in all like the whole place rest the hotel itself. I will be back.

Senior with breathing issues, 3rd floor room, would have preferred 1st floor. The girl at the desk gave me mis-information about the direction getting off the elevator and where the room was in location to where I was parked.

We ate out for breakfast, they said they only could do continental breakfast due to new health regulations; sorry I don’t believe that was the truth.

Breakfast poor continental service, didn’t eat there. The area was not the best kept, crumbs, finger prints on the counter and table and lack of help to care for the area.
