I just wanted to give a shout-out to the amazing cleaning staff! I only requested a light cleaning, but they really went the extra mile and exceeded my expectations. I'm so grateful for their hard work!

The only thing I didn’t love was that my key didn’t work a couple of times during my stay, but the staff was super quick to help me fix it!

The front desk ladies were very kind, polite , and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The housekeeper did an excellent job.!

Most of the TV channels were not working, most of them were just a black screen witch direct TV floating around the screen..

staff fabulous. young lady who dropped off towels was excellent. My son lived the breakfast. And they let my 2 yorkies could stay there as well. We will be back in August.

The carpet on stairs going out side door. It was difficult using them because the lines were played vertical with the step

Nice friendly staff. I had a minor issue with the first room and the staff promptly moved me to another room. The room was clean and comfortable and a good value for the price. The location was safe and located near restaurants and stores. I would stay here again.

The friendly and helpful staff and the clean and comfy room. Location was perfect for our visit. Katrina, at the front desk, welcomed us with a smile and a great sense of humor. She helped to make our stay a happy one. A big thank you to Katrina!

Poor TV channel choices and picture quality.

Everything was top notch! Excellent breakfast, incredibly comfortable accommodations, wonderful staff, a huge bonus while traveling was the late hours for the pool and extended hours for breakfast!

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay. Literally wanted to extend our trip for an extra day to stay longer!

Katrina J is an incredible manager at this hotel, kind, funny, attentive to customer needs to the max! Katrina J has the perfect personality to genuinely make any guests stay the very best! This will always be my hotel of choice for ALL my Big Rapids visits!! Thanks again KatrinaJ and all her amazing staff!

The continental breakfast was nice, maybe if there were more options laid out it would be better. Don’t let that dissuade you from staying here though, the place was nice

The stay was nice, I really don’t have anything significant to complain about. There’s a Meijer store right across the street, and a gas station, restaurant, and auto/tire place easily within walking distance (if you ever need it). There’s also a Walmart less than half a mile away.

The hotel was nice. Kids and adults were loudly talking in the hallway for almost an hour, from 10:30 to 11:30pm. There rooms were apparently separated and instead of going into one room to visit they were loudly talking in the hall.

The breakfast wasn't very good.

The room matched the photos. The beds were nice and comfortable, which was great after driving 9 plus hours.

Water pressure in shower was not the best. However, we could still shower and hot clean.
