The staff was friendly and there was no additional fees such as an incidental temporary charge. Room was clean.

Alarm clock alarm went off very early even though it was set to off. Honestly, hotels should quit putting clocks in the rooms. I don't know a single person who doesn't have a cell phone. Usually the first thing I do is unplug them (didn't this time). The door trim was catching at the bottom, so it made a loud thud upon opening. Lacking EV charging of any kind is always a disappointment when I stay. Having even a slow charger is an easy way to attract EV owners, can even be an extra charge, and is generally fairly cheap to implement.

The location was preferred. The room arrangements were superior. Staff was direct, helpful, and informed. The weather had contributed to the location being likable. Dinner was within walking distance.

The room was in the middle of the building on the first floor. The exit door was nearby so I guess that there was not a room open near the other exit. I was near the pool on the first floor. The structure of the building did not allow my expectations to be met. The staff was able to place me in a room on the first floor, near the pool, and near an exit door.

The carpet was soft and clean enough to walk in bare feet. 2 chairs in the room. Lots of outlets.

The Buddha on the check in desk. Stuffed chair stained. Noise sounded like stumping or heaven walking upstairs in the middle of the night.

Nice clean bedding. Friendly environment. Abundant breakfast choices, one of the best we've experienced in fact, especially for the location. The new carpet was a beautiful surprise. We've stayed at this hotel many times before and are very pleased with the updates, they were very much needed!

We've stayed at this location 3 or 4 times. They've always allowed us to invite our family to swim. But this time they didn't allow visitors to use pool? Apparently this is the new policy? This was really disappointing news. We travel 6hrs to see our family and always utilize the hotels pool as a meet up spot. Unfortunately this isn't a compromise. And we will no longer be able to book this hotel. Also noticed the price went up $75-$100 from our previous stays, mind you we've always booked the same room every stay. Room 202 The King Whirlpool suite.

Clean and good size room. Staff was great and very friendly. Breakfast was just ok, enough for a light breakfast. Coffee was very good! Great location.

Water pressure was rather weak.

Location is perfect- not too far from the fwy and not too far from restaurants and Ferris State.

Nothing bad at all to say. It was a nice stay there for the week.

Rooms were perfect, they had everything I needed. Beds were comfortable, pool was great, I would highly recommend this hotel. Staff were great

It’s outdated but clean. There was some trash around entrances and cigarette butts hadn’t been cleaned up . The fridge froze my salads n ruined them. Shower had very low pressure.

The pool area was nice and we usually had the area to ourselves which was nice. The jacuzzi tub that was in our room was decent sized for 2 adults to use.

The beds are comfy. And it was pretty quiet.

Room wasn’t the cleanest, had left over trash from previous guest. And the hallway floors also needed a cleaning
