I loved the amenities and location and over-all cleanliness and decor of the room and the lobby/reception area.

I was a little disappointed that I had to make my own bed, except for day three when the sheets were changed, and that the room was not vacuumed during our stay. I know the girl who gave us clean towels and emptied the bathroom trash was young and still learning so we still left a decent tip at the end of our stay. But a perk of vacation is not having to make your bed everyday.

The facility was very clean and comfortable. There were many tasty choices for breakfast: waffles, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages, biscuits, sausage gravy, fruit, juices, assorted teas, and coffees.

The shower curtain is cloth at Wyndham hotels with no plastic liner. When showering, it's difficult not to get water on the floor. Investing in a liner would help.

The Staff. Everyone from registrration/checkin to housekeeping went out of their way to accommodate our needs.

Parking lot and walkways with deep snow to navigate. BUT, this is the Keweenaw Peninsula, which gets a lot of snow and this AmericaInn is located near prime snowmobile trails and the snowy parking area helps them.

Breakfast was very good and hot. Room was clean and no odors. Entire hotel was clean and pleasant. Hotel rooms are quiet. Beds were comfortable. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.. Nice clean pool area. Easy access to parking.

Pillow were a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. Gave me a headache.. Would appreciate a little larger tv.. No USB charger ports by the beds. Make sure to bring your own adapters..

Had a great stay! Staff were welcoming and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was varied from oatmeal to eggs and sausage with waffles. The sauna was perfect. They really thought of every detail. I highly recommend!

Literally the only negative was limited hot water it seemed like on a couple days. It was busy.

The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was friendly. The staff main concern is that you are happy and relaxed for your stay, and if you need something, they will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. The wife and I will be returning next year.

The beds were very comfortable. Jacuzzi was plenty big. Staff friendly. Breakfast was great, eggs, fried potatoes, sausages every morning. Clean.

We had a beautiful spacious room, with a hot tub, a sitting area, very comfortable bed, a nice breakfast, and friendly, helpful staff.

That there was no elevator to the second floor.

Room had bad smell. Phone wasn't there and then didn't work. Spoons at breakfast in a place no one expected so couldn't find them. Put them by the other utensils.
