The staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was very good. The pool was the perfect temperature and with the hot tub, it made our down time relaxing.

The only issue I had was that our garbage and our used towels were not taken out and replaced until our third day. We were leaving the following morning. I think they should have come in halfway through our stay (day 2).

Very clean. Great staff. Wonderful pool area. Comfortable beds. Coffee pot and fridge in room. Coffee snob here approves of the hotel coffee available around the clock. Long hours for simple breakfast. Indoor access for 2nd floor rooms. Great value, 2 rooms for the price of one. Walkable location to local diner, coffee, and art studio.

Be aware no elevator. You may have to request room service if you want it.

The room was comfortable. The staff was usually quick to help and meet our need. It was usually quiet so it was possible to sleep soundly.

I would have liked receiving fresh towels during a three day stay. The trash was not collected even after placing it outside the room door. When asked for a plunger, it was just left in a bucket outside the door rather than a staff member plunging the toilet and taking the plunger away. There was no ice machine in the wing of the motel was stayed in.

Convenient location, an older property but was well maintained and very clean, bed was very comfortable and linens were extremely nice.

Arrival front desk person was friendly and helpful, departure front desk person never acknowledged us, did not even look up to thank us or ask if everything was alright for our stay. Greeting guests whether arriving or departing is part of the position of the front desk.

Good value for the money and very clean. Although the building is older, it has been updated and everything was very clean. Everything worked (except the TV, as indicated below), which is unusual in American motels at this price point.

We had to change rooms shortly after arrival because the TV didn't work in our original room. We were expeditiously moved to a nearby room. Also, even though the occupancy level was low, the lady at the desk could not move us to a lower-level room, apparently because we used booking.com. Since there was no elevator, we would have preferred the ground floor rather than the second floor.

The location was excellent with quite a few shops and restaurants within walking distance. Parking was free and while quite full finding a spot was not difficult. The breakfast was decent and the room was comfortable.

The hot tub had a bit too much chlorine in it. There could have been more hot options at the breakfast selection and the room where breakfast was served was a bit small and filled up quickly.

Although it's not a new property, it was very nice, clean, comfortable, spacious. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was definitely adequate with frozen breakfast muffins to microwave, coffee, juice, cereal, fruit.

It may have been me, but I just couldn't get comfortable to sleep the first night. The bed was comfy and the pillows were soft, but I prefer flatter pillows and these were very full. I spent two nights, and had adjusted by the second night.

You need to design a better parking system for your snowmobilers most are pulled with big pickups and long trailers so It was a little difficult and the fact that there were restrictions for where we could ride to get to the trail. But definitely not staff fault by any means they were very helpful in figuring that out.

The location was easily accessible whether coming from north, south, or SE. The room was clean and maintenance items clearly kept up with. It was quiet in the hotel room, even though the hotel was full. The continental breakfast was excellent and breakfast room had no crowding.

The hallway carpets didn't appear to be vacuumed in the 3 nights we were there.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Whenever you walked into the lobby you were always greeted very nicely. The room was very clean and the bathroom was large with very nice little soaps and lots of towels. The beds were pretty comfy with nice pillows. It was nice to have both a work desk and an eating table in the room helping to keep computers and food separate.

Rooms need to be upgraded a little to accommodate all the electronics that two business people carry for charging. The Air conditioner needed a little attention as it was very noisy. The breakfast was okay but nothing to write home about.
