Everything was very nice . Everything was clean and well attended. Breakfast was good with plenty of selection. Rooms are nice size and clean. Towels were restocked daily, bad made , trash removed. Staff were all very friendly.

The one and only complaint I have is there were young girls about 14 who were always in the pool area being obnoxious and using the sauna to hotbox themselves while smoking cannabis. Seems they need a bit more staff to keep an eye on things there.

That a family with children was placed on the 3rd floor. and the kids jumped and ran at all hours of the day and night.

The location was great for our purposes and where we wanted to go. It was a home base for us to make day trips in the UP.

The woman who ran the breakfast area did a fantastic job! She really works hard, but the eggs and bacon at all of these places is just gross. Thankfully there are other options like the pancake machine, but those can't be real eggs. :( And it's really sad that we aren't offered cleaning services because we are staying multiple days. Have to go and get more towels if needed.

This hotel is awesome! It’s in the most perfect location, it’s very clean, great breakfast, and the staff is extremely friendly. I wouldn’t want to stay at any other hotel in the area besides this one in the area. It was perfect for our family

This was a incredible clean and comfortable hotel. Being a retired high voltage lineman, I have spent my fair share of nites in hotels thru out this country but I will say the room I had was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was pleasant to talk to. Will stay here again next year

Large room with comfortable bed, chairs. Nice, calm decor. Great bathroom with easy to use walk in shower! Good wifi and TV coverage. Friendly staff. Tasty and expansive breakfast.

Room was nice and mostly clean. The location of the facility was fine. There was a lot of road construction that the hotel had no control of. The staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was good. It is so nice to have the hotel facility provide a warm and inviting breakfast.

Front desk staff was great. My wife left 2 jackets there and the staff was very helpful in sending them to us. My wife is very grateful for all the help they provided. Truly outstanding.

Can't think of anything other than the location, but we knew that it was not a downtown location when we made reservations. No big deal.
