the hotel was very clean, quiet, well organized and had everything we needed. the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. the welcome bag was very thoughtful. the communication prior to and during our stay was helpful as well

This is a newer hotel. We stayed in a king suite that made us feel very relaxed. The suite was so beautiful and clean. Location is convenient to many attractions including the Quincy copper mine, Eagle River, Eagle Harbor, Calumet, and Copper Harbor among many other wonderful places in the Keweenaw peninsula.

We liked everything about the hotel and location. There is a restaurant in the same area that you can walk to that had excellent food and beverage choices for such a reasonable price. Just wished we had booked more nights there.

I wish location was closer to MI Tech and downtown area. It wasn’t far but not walking distance.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was great.

The laundry room was nice, but I don’t think the washing machine worked very well with detergent pods. The pod was still in the tray after the wash cycle ended.

In general, everything is very good and exceeds expectations.

The only 'complaint' is that the vending machine did not accept Apple Pay and required cash. Since I carry little to no cash, this significantly depleted my cash after purchasing 2 bottles of water.

Very large room and bathroom, very clean, modern decor, great location, very quiet room, laundry facilities, and friendly front desk.

No elevator. My room had an obstructive view of the entryway.

I had the king suite, it was perfect with counter top and kitchenette. Was making hotpot and there was plenty of room.

Would have been nice if there was a breakfast included, but definitely not a dealbreaker or anything.

In general, exceptional value for the money. Since the property is new, it will be interesting to see how well it holds up over the next few years.

Hotel is new, so it was clean and comfortable. We liked the suite with a kitchen and living room separate from the bedroom.

There is no elevator to move suitcases, cooler, and other stuff into the suite on the second floor for our 3-night stay.
