Absolutely beautiful cabin! So clean, had wonderful views of the canal, and was a great location for the things our family wanted to do. More than enough room for our family in the cabin. We rented cabin 20B. There were 4 bedrooms, 3 of them had full bathrooms. One bedroom was downstairs with a full bathroom very close to the bedroom. There were 3 bedrooms upstairs. Two of them had single queen beds and one bedroom had queen bunk beds. Again, the bedrooms upstairs all had on-suite bathrooms. There was a game area upstairs along with 2 washers and 2 dryers. There was a foosball table and some board games along with a flat-screen TV. On the main floor, there was a sitting area with a flat-screen TV. There were also 2 large wooden tables pushed together with 2 benches for seating and 5 sturdy wooden chairs. The cabin also had 2 full refrigerators and 4 trash cans stored in a pull out drawer. There was plenty of counter space and a dishwasher. The deck was large with a gas grill. There were a few round tables out there with a lot of seating. Very impressed with this cabin. We would definitely stay again!

A few members of our family are taller than 6ft, so some of the furniture on the main floor was a little uncomfortable for them. It was fine though, as the dinner table had benches and chairs that were more comfortable for them.

Wonderful deck and view of canal. Kitchen well-appointed and clean. Pictures on website are accurate. Handicapped main floor bedroom and bathroom were nice. This development is very new and family friendly

They are pet friendly but nowhere safe to walk your dog. There is construction of additional units, so lots of mud and no grass. Steep slope between units and not accessible. On a busy road and not appropriate to cross the road and it was also posted -no trespassing on other side. The WiFi security is lacking. Every unit has similar password and accessible from parking lot.

Last minute booking. Probably the best value and best place to stay in the area. I stay in a lot of vacation rentals. I like them more than hotels because you almost always get a better night sleep. This place has a beautiful view, a wonderful bed and this unit was the best stocked rental of any I’ve ever stayed at. We were able to do a load of laundry (supplies were available) cook what we wanted (BBQ, proper pots and pan, knives, foil, some spices, etc). It was a week night and it felt we had the entire complex to ourselves. A very peaceful and quiet place. I did see others but none were close by. We will come back here again and stay longer.

Great place -seems like it’s still being built and perhaps more amenities are coming . (I wonder if the price will go up then?)

Beautiful esthetic and had all the basic necessities you would need. Will book again.

The mattresses on beds were very uncomfortable and the couch in living room was uncomfortable. I had to put the couch blanket underneath cushions so the cushion material( which was slippery) wouldn’t keep sliding off couch.

Really liked the balcony overlooking the river. The area was quiet, didn't hear any neighbours. It was handy to have a washer and dryer, and the use of detergent. Everything was modern, clean and new.

We didn't like that the balcony lights came on and stayed on automatically and we didn't have the option to switch them off, as we had hoped to enjoy looking at the night sky without them.

this is a very nice 1 bedroom cabin very well equipped

the mattress was very hard and the pictures makes it look like you are right on the water. the description says "relax in the sauna and the beach" the sauna in only in certain rooms and you have to drive to the downtown beach. And you have a flight of stairs to get to the 1 bedroom cabins.

The place was clean, good beds, quiet, had a great game room. Everyone loved the place. The kids on the trip were thrilled with the place. We were there for only a night. This place would be great for those staying longer. Much better than staying at a motel.

Very Comfortable and spacious. Very well equipped with pans, dishes, coffee - Loved the location, only minutes out of Houghton. Beautiful view of the river from our "cabin" and very peaceful/quiet.

There was still some construction going on at adjacent units with some pounding of nails started about 7:30AM and the driveways are not finished but looks like all the work should all be completed soon. Bathroom sink drained slow.

Family was from Washington state, so this was a great place to introduce them to the UP. We also went looking for yooperlites. Had success! Loved the view, City life to the right, rural life to the left. Definitely telling other friends and family members to check Keweenaw Waters Resort.

Lack of privacy when out on patio since it's new, but it appears landscaping is planned which will grow to be a nice barrier. The other units, not as new as this one and others to each side, already had landscaping planted.
