Great value, comfortable, good location, clean, friendly staff.

The vending machine was out of bottled water and wouldn't give me my money back. So I selected a pop that I didn't really want at the time. But at least I got something for my $2. Not a huge deal.

The staff was kind and friendly. The toilets needed to be higher and the same length vs different lengths. Size of TV was awesome! The bed was nice.

Felt bad for the front desk employee who worked 36 hours straight, he did a great job along with the cleaning staff who were kind and helpful.

We never got up soon enough to get breakfast, but Panera and Two Yolks Cafe are right across the street.

It would have been nice if the cleaning staff spoke English. I was pretty sure they had no idea what I was asking. However, they were quick and efficient and gave me what I needed.

Room was clean and good for what the price was, we didn’t need to fancy but we didn’t want slummy and this was way more than we expected. Needless to say it was a great stay!

The build of the complex but that’s not the owners fault. Everything was lovely and you could tell they take care of the property.

This place has a great location only about 5 minutes from the beach, with convenient stores and food nearby as well. Also appreciate that it is pet friendly!

The room served its purpose, but for the price the facilities could have been nicer. Everything had “rough edges.” However every place to stay in Grand Haven seems overpriced because it’s a destination location and we appreciated an affordable place to stay.

There is no breakfast at the Grand Haven, Michigan location. The room met expectations. A bed, a tv and a shower.

The shower head has a leaky connection. I informed the office when I checked out.

The beds were comfortable and the room looked like it had been updated recently. We stayed 1 night after a beach day and it served its purpose for our family (and for the price).

Our particular room was missing the security chain lock on the door, but I didn't feel unsafe in the area, so it was fine.

The franchise was working hard to update rooms. My room had a king with very contemporary style. Staff was very courteous.

No continental breakfast, which was consistent with Roadways on this trip. You get a very affordable room, so I am ok with this with restaurants across street.

Location. Rug was nice. Desk was friendly.

Room seemed dirty. Sink wasn't washed. Toilet was broken. Bath tub needed help. The worse was the house cleaning staff who were literally right outside the door around 10:30am. Checkout was 11am.

This is our third trip this year and staying at this location. It always means our expectations with excellent service and nice comfortable clean rooms. I would highly recommend staying here.
