Location is perfect for our needs. Close by to the people we were visiting and the places we intended to enjoy. Also conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants. We plan to stay at this location every time we visit the area, as long as it stays as clean and cared for as it is now!

There was never enough breakfast. I think the hotel was overwhelmed by the amount of travelers who actually participated in breakfast and so they ran out of food every morning we were there. I can understand this to a degree. But they ran out of milk...and instead of sending someone across the street to the grocery store for more so we could at least have a bowl of cereal...they just left it as fend for yourself. So we couldn't even make due with what was left. And this happened LONG before the breakfast timeslot was over. I have never encountered this degree of unpreparedness from your chain of hotels before so I hope this gets remedied!

Breakfast was great. Location was near many restaurants and shops and not far from the expressway, making it easy to get to.

My only complaint was that we choose this hotel because it mentioned having streaming services (like Netflix) in the rooms. However, when we arrived, even though Netflix was an option on the remote, it kept saying it was unavailable whenever we clicked on it. The hotel staff informed us that they didn't have the correct remotes, so accessing Netflix in the room was unavailable. This was by no means a deal breaker on whether or not you should stay at this hotel, and I would stay here again without hesitation, but it was a bummer because my daughter and I were looking forward to bingeing some netflix over the weekend. We ended up going next door to Meijer and purchased an Amazon Firestick which worked perfectly for our plans.

The property was brand new and it showed. I could even smell the construction scent lingering in the hallway. And no, this is not a complaint. I have stayed in several much more expensive hotels and they were by far not even close to as nice as this property. I will absolutely stay here again when I am in the area and will not even look at another place! I loved the simplicity of the furniture, most especially the little coat rack/wall shelf for your jacket and keys. So often overlooked, it was a detail I loved! And the bed was very comfortable. And I LOVE the new two-part blinds rather than the typical curtains. They blocked out the light better AND it minimizes places for dust to collect over time. These little details will make my stay 10 years from now still be as enjoyable as now. It will be easy for housekeeping to keep the rooms clean which is a huge part of what makes me feel comfortable and relaxed while away from home. And breakfast was great also!

It took me a minute to figure out how to turn off the uplights at the top of the closet. Loved the ambiance but I had a 30 second panic thinking I would have to sleep with them on all night. Maybe a little note about how to shut them off posted somewhere would save the next guest the same.

The breakfast was wonderful. Great assortment to choose from and the food was nice and hot. We were there with 2 kids and even saw many other families with children and yet our room was quiet and the hallway wasn't very noise.

The gentleman at the customer service desk when we walked in at 6pm wasn't overly friendly. He made it feel not so welcoming. The pool area was small and very loud even with only a few people. Would have loved to have a hot tub.

Very nice place, clean and visually comfortable

Went thru booking.com bought the room ahead of time. then when we went to check out they charged us a second time though the hotel which was more than I paid thru booking. Sat there for an hr and had to find the manager. She found and fixed the problem but I had to wait 3 to 4 days to be refunded for what they did wrong

Breakfast was very good, and the staff members preparing and serving it were excellent.

The fitness center could use a trash can and water source for drinking water. The TV had been removed so there was no way to catch up on news during a workout. Equipment was in great shape and adequate for a workout. Also, there was no way to regulate the temperature of the fitness center, and it was pretty hot in there.

Very nice breakfast spread, there was something for everyone. Nancy was very friendly and pleasant. All staff walked in the door with a smile on their face and were always pleasant, they had positive attitudes and seemed to like their coworkers and employer.

We were unable to use the pool area, the room seemed too small and the chemical smell was overpowering making it difficult to breathe.

Hotel was brand new, clean, in convenient location near retail + restaurants.

Hotel is new but looks like they hurried to finish build. Finishes not complete or cleaned up - I.e. grout and caulk smeared on trim in bathroom, stickers still on cabinets in bathroom, just generally seemed like it was missing finishing touches.

Location. Lots of food options near by. Staff were incredible. Breakfast was good, but food needed to be refilled and wasn't when we were down there. Easy check in and check out. Very clean.

Lack of hot tub, lack of lots of normal size towels in room.

Great location to spring lake. Many shopping locations in the area. Facility very new and fresh

Only issue is the entry doors to each room bang shut which can wake you up in the early morning hours. Mentioned issue to check out attendant.
