It was a good value for the money. However, we didn't know how to contact the front desk, and we never got the wifi.

The furniture was in bad shape. There was only one chair, and it was uncomfortable. It took so long to get the bathroom warm that we couldn't take showers. Also, we never got washcloths. It would have been nice to have a desk lamp.

I liked how I expressed my concerns and Lisa at the front desk listened and heard me and helped me. We were able to complete a grest room together, along with Kevin's help. I understood that construction was going on and rooms were under repar and Together the 3 of us were able to successfully complete a great stay.

Well with all the partying going on in the parking lot, there was a lot of trash thrown out onto the parking lot. Alot of broken glass. I only saw 3 workers, property workers, and 2 helpful receptionists. Its my understanding that Kevin and one other are repairing the rooms and doing a lot of other jobs, it seems like a tob of work for just those three. May be the other buildings have others I did not see? One other thing from the outside I did not see the lobby's front desk. I am not sure where the sign is for the lobby.

The man at the front desk who checked us in on July 2nd for our 3 night stay remembered my name and had exceptional customer service. Room was clean, maid service was amazing and very attentive and the guy working on the floor in the hallway all week was super nice. Would stay here again.

Breakfast didn't come with my stay at least I wasn't informed that it did.

Passing out bath towels and face towels clean Lenin for the bed overall I enjoyed my stay it was very comfortable

Clean room and bathroom. Can't hear much noise from outside/building while in the room. Close to our destination and well priced. Card only access for building outer door and room. Got extra towels when asked for. Security at night. Large rooms.

Some of the linens, curtains in the shower and windows need replacing. No public trashcans anywhere. Towels were rough and a couple had long dark hairs in them. Parking lot is beat up. No microwave.

No breakfast

The directions was off according to google, calling booking back, with the problem it took over 45 minutes to fix the problem. By then I came up with can you call them! Google has you turning right and it's really left.... besides being after 10 at night and very dark out.
