Beds are comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

When we arrived, there was a sign at the desk saying the front desk attendant was busy with a customer and would be right back. We patiently waited for at least 15 minutes and realized that he was in the room behind the desk. Then when we got up to our room, the room had not been cleaned. We were given another room and that room was just fine. After that we had a positive experience.

Location was very good. It was less than 5 miles to our daughter’s house. Breakfast was very good with a very nice selection of different options. All staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We were extremely comfortable in our room and the bed was very comfortable.

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and had lots of choices. Laundry room for guests.

The pillows could be better value. The couch was dingy. I did not get cleaning on the third day as I was told. Waste baskets were full.

Three of us in the room and the toilet tank filled slowly, but everything else was good.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was excellent. Room size was good.

Shower could have been hotter. Outside seating would have been nice.

Breakfast was fantastic. Coffee is a bit too strong/heavy, had to water it down.

The grout in the bathroom had mold and need replacement. Other than that, very clean and comfortable.

The refrigerator in our room hadn’t been cleaned out from previous customers. Beds were a bit sloppily made.

The hotel was close to many of the Tulip Time attractions. We got to breakfast very late and there wasn't a very good selection of food left but, we were able to get fruit and cereal. The second day we arrived earlier and the selection was more plentiful. The room was clean and quiet.

We had a terrible time trying to stop our toilet from running. I told the front desk and they said they would have someone look at it while we were out. I don't know if that happened, however, when we returned later in the day it was still running. I once again told the front desk and someone looked at it immediately. He was able to fix it temporarily but later we had the same problem. On check out, they gave us a monetary credit for our inconvenience which I was surprised by but thought was very nice. The toilet functioned, listening to that was annoying and a waste of water.

The bed and linens were great! Plenty of room in the bathroom, the shower was wonderful.

Maybe having potatoes or bacon instead of the vegetarian sausage!

Oddly, the hotel charged me for the room AFTER booking.com charged. (Thus I was charged twice, and THANKFULLY I asked about it.) I brought this to receptionist's attention, and she was able to correct it. Not sure why this would've happened.
