I was a little nervous because of reviews but our stay was actually really pleasant! The staff was all so friendly, our room was clean. The pool and hot tub were clean. Even the bathroom in the pool area was surprisingly clean. I really enjoyed the stay. Hotel was under construction but it looked like they kept the customers on the opposite side of the building doing the construction, so it didn’t really affect us at all.

A free breakfast would of been nice. All other hotels on my trip offered free breakfast except for Hilton Doubletree

We've been here before, and we like the layout of this hotel and the lounge. We always appreciate the warm cookies on arrival. The reception area is nice and the rooms are easy to access. It's big, but doesn't feel too huge. The price is usually pretty reasonable no matter when we book.

In our last couple visits, we've noticed that some of details are getting missed. There are some dinged-up door frames, scratched paint, little cracks here and there. The A/C unit didn't have an option to keep the fan on, so we cranked it down but it never seemed to get much cooler than when we arrived. It's little things like this that can make all the difference when on a romantic getaway.

Nice pool, hot tub and breakfast

Had a couch bed, had to open and put on sheets myself. It was a terrible job. Never had to do it, was always part of the service

The hotel was nice. Well maintained. Our room was remodeled and very nice. New carpet in the hallways as well. We will definitely be back!

The staff were affable and accomodating. If we needed something they were prompt to assist. The facility was clean. Most sites, restaurants, and shopping were within a 15 minute radius.

The facility, while clean, was in need of some repair. Though relatively minor, rust in the pool area, roof leak remnants in the hallways, incomplete drywall repairs, and bathroom fixtures that would not stop dripping are to be expected but not well in to the prime stay season. Did it ruin the stay? No. Did I expect more out of a Hilton, yes.

Pool was cold and there was a very dusty smell in the hallways. There also was a big stain in the shower.

Location a bit out of the way. Exercise room wasn't much. Price a bit steep.

Very clean. Landscaping was well maintained. Could use better signage. Doesn’t really look like a hotel, which is kinda cool in itself. Just a little difficult to ID from the approaching streets.

My only complaint is the same everyone is having nationwide. The kitchen was short on staff. so when we ordered the offered room service, we had to go get it.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and informative. I would definitely come back. Overall experience was great!

There wasn't anything to eat after 9pm. The snack store should be open longer and provide cold salads, sandwiches or frozen foods to warm in the microwave. We are not a fan of domino's pizza.
