Roy, the receptionist was a lovely delight. Treat him well. He is a definite asset. Quietness. Even though we were close to an exit, we were not aware of any commotion outside our door. Multiple exits. We had options to avoid the lobby. Breakfast options: balance of hot and cold choices. Parking location options. Night curtains. We could shut out the light at nights.

More care should be taken of the surroundings especially the flowers/ greenery. Use less chlorine bleach as it was just too strong when we opened the pool house door. One of the entrances/ exits was broken. The cost of an extra night was twice the night before. Not encouraging at all.

Staff was friendly. Our room was clean. Our room was on the 1st floor. Easy access. Right in the middle of everything you could want and only about 20 mins from the beach. The beaches are great. You would think you were at the ocean except theres no shells. Pet friendly Bed was pretty comfortable. I do like a softer bed so was a little harder than I like but still totally doable.

The first night someone was smoking pot and it was really strong. They cant do anything about that. We didnt have breakfast there. A little dated but was still nice.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated the refrigerator in the room, and it was a nice size TV. Room was not huge but getting the room that had the sofa made it seem more like home. Loved the shower and showerhead, it was an excellent value. The customer service I received was phenomenal, one lady at the counter helped me multiple times with any issues I had. If you have any questions about anything in your room, I recommend asking the front desk, they were amazing!

I did not like the coffee that was in the room, it was watery and had no effect for energy.

We stayed at the Holland MI and St. Charles, MO locations on our visit. My recommendations are to discontinue with the use of the magnetic room keys. They are horrible and we frequently needed to replace the cards on numberous occasions espcially in St. Charles they are a real inconvenience. We did our best to keep them away from our phones, wallets/ purses but they seem to demagnetize somehow.

The breakfast was very tasty It could have been kept a bit more cleaner. No on was policing the area at all. Coffee ran out, an no one refilled the canister. The hotel was extremely busy, so maybe that accounts for the lack in service.

Our air conditioner was leaking water all over the carpeting. We alerted the girls at the dest when we checked out.

I had my dog with me and they put us at a room that was right next to an outside door. It was wonderful because I would get up in the morning to take her out and it was quick and easy. Only thing I didn’t like is that I had to pay an extra $25 a night. Because she’s a good dog and doesn’t leave a mess, but I understand that there are some that do Other than that the stay was phenomenal.

The front desk staff was very helpful and gave great recommendations. Had a minor issue and they responded right away and fixed it.

The breakfast buffet lacked variety,it was the same two out of three days, not a big variety of fruit either just apples. They seemed to have trouble keeping the buffet refilled. The breads/ bagels/ oatmeal/ yogurt, milk were frequently low or empty and the hot foods and syrups were often out as well.

The room was good size and the bed was very confortable. Room and hotel were pretty clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and the chocolate chip cookies in the aftenoon were delicious. The price of the stay was reasonable for the area.

The pillows could be fuller and firmer. Maybe a little more light in the room and bathroom. More consistency with the waffle batter...lol!

The room was quiet and comfortable. I like the fact that maid service was optional as we stayed several nights and could make ourselves comfortable.

As weird as it sounds, I like English Breakfast tea, i.e. straight black tea which was only available on the last day of our stay although there was one bag in the room as part of the coffee service. Hard boiled eggs for breakfast would have been great! :)

The breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly. Quiet place and friendly people. The potatoes were hard, the toaster wouldn't let you get your toast out til it was really burnt..

Our room #254 must of been haunted. We heard all sorts of noise in our room all night....NOT KIDDING. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable, my back hurt all day during my trip... We most likely won't be staying there again.
